【摘要】：共享單車作為共享經(jīng)濟(jì)的一種新興業(yè)態(tài),其發(fā)展具有重要價值,但是發(fā)展過程中的不規(guī)范行為也帶來了諸多問題。共享單車所出現(xiàn)的違規(guī)使用現(xiàn)象如亂停亂放,與共享單車運營商之間的"底線競爭"具有直接關(guān)系。共享單車運營商在規(guī)則的制定或執(zhí)行方面迎合部分消費者而提高對各種違規(guī)行為的容忍度,以其借此擴(kuò)大市場份額。解決這種底線競爭問題,必須從形式上和實體上兩個方面來進(jìn)行努力,即要求運營商制定自律性規(guī)范并嚴(yán)格予以執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:As a new form of shared economy, shared bicycle has important value in its development, but the nonstandard behavior in the process of development also brings many problems. The phenomenon of illegal use of shared bicycle, such as random parking, has a direct relationship with the "bottom line competition" among shared bicycle operators. Shared bike operators cater to some consumers in the formulation or enforcement of the rules and increase their tolerance for various violations in order to expand their market share. In order to solve the problem of bottom line competition, we must make efforts in both formal and substantive aspects, that is, operators should formulate self-discipline norms and strictly implement them.
