【摘要】：港口作為綜合運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn),在現(xiàn)代物流體系中占有重要的地位。港口鐵路是港口設(shè)施的重要組成部分。合理建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)經(jīng)營(yíng)港口鐵路,對(duì)于提高港口貨物的集疏運(yùn)能力,降低裝卸成本,增強(qiáng)港口的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有十分重要的意義。 本論文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)鐵路管理體制的分析,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外主要港口鐵路的管理現(xiàn)狀和歷史形成過(guò)程,來(lái)更深層次的了解港口鐵路不同經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的特點(diǎn)。文中以太平灣港區(qū)港口鐵路建設(shè)為例,對(duì)港口鐵路公司進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,對(duì)鐵路的貨源進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè),并以目前國(guó)鐵及大連港鐵路公司的取費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和生產(chǎn)成本進(jìn)行了定量分析,同時(shí)分析了港口鐵路在港口生產(chǎn)組織方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)。最后通過(guò)對(duì)港口鐵路的各個(gè)方案進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià),并用模糊綜合分析法進(jìn)行了優(yōu)劣比較。
[Abstract]:As an important node in integrated transportation network, port plays an important role in modern logistics system. Port railway is an important part of port facilities. Reasonable construction and strengthening the operation of port railway are of great significance to improve the collection and distribution capacity of port cargo, reduce the loading and unloading cost, and enhance the core competitiveness of the port. Through the analysis of the domestic railway management system, combined with the current management situation and historical formation process of the main port railway at home and abroad, this paper has a deeper understanding of the characteristics of different management modes of the port railway. Taking the construction of port railway in Taiping Bay port area as an example, this paper makes a SWOT analysis of the port railway company, forecasts the source of the railway, and makes a quantitative analysis of the current toll collection standard and production cost of the National Railway and Dalian Port Railway Company. At the same time, the advantages of port railway in port production organization are analyzed. Finally, the economic evaluation of each scheme of port railway is carried out, and the advantages and disadvantages are compared with fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.
