鐵路運(yùn)輸通道社會(huì)效益評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:Railway transportation channel plays an extremely important role in the railway transportation network and the development of national economy. With the construction and operation of the "four vertical and four horizontal" passenger dedicated lines, the internal and external environment of the railway transport channels has undergone tremendous changes, which not only provides a greater platform for the operation of railway enterprises and the innovation of passenger and freight products, It improves the service capacity and quality of railway passenger and freight, and also strengthens the influence of railway transportation channel on the economy and society along the line, and promotes the development of economy and society. Under this background, the author considers that it is necessary to further study the social benefits of the railway transportation channel under the passenger dedicated line, combining with the coordinated allocation of the capacity of the passenger dedicated line and the existing railway line and the comprehensive investment benefit research project. The purpose is to provide relevant theoretical support for the construction of passenger dedicated lines and railway transport channels. On the basis of analyzing the background, significance and present situation of the research, the paper systematically analyzes the constituent elements, product types and development trend of the railway transportation corridor by means of the transport channel theory. The composition of the social benefit of railway transportation channel is studied deeply, and after analyzing the basic characteristics of the social benefit evaluation of railway transportation channel, the method of data envelopment is selected to evaluate the social benefit of railway transportation channel. The conventional C 2R model, BC2 model, improved C 2R model and evaluation index system for social benefit evaluation of railway transportation channel are established, and the calculation model of input-output index is constructed. Finally, taking the social benefit of Beijing-Guangzhou railway channel as an evaluation case, the paper draws the conclusion that the effective value of DEA of Beijing-Guangzhou railway corridor in 2010 is nearly twice as high as that of 2006 to 2009. This shows that the emergence of passenger dedicated lines can greatly improve the social benefits of railway transport channels, and provide theoretical support for the construction of passenger dedicated lines in China and the development of railway transport channels.
