【摘要】：近幾年鐵路事故頻頻發(fā)生,大大削弱了鐵路在運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。十八大召開后,國(guó)務(wù)院正式宣布了鐵道部政企分開這一重大事項(xiàng),中國(guó)鐵路總公司將全面負(fù)責(zé)鐵路的安全生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng),鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全與否、效率高低將直接決定鐵路總公司的發(fā)展前程。物聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為新一代的信息技術(shù)大力支撐了數(shù)字化管理運(yùn)營(yíng),而且數(shù)字化管理在國(guó)內(nèi)外備受關(guān)注,并推動(dòng)眾多企業(yè)面向現(xiàn)代化的成功轉(zhuǎn)型。然而目前我國(guó)鐵路仍沿用傳統(tǒng)的安全管理方式,因此將物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用到鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全管理中,將具有極大的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。那么基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)的本質(zhì)、框架以及其所遵循的運(yùn)作機(jī)制便成為亟待研究的問(wèn)題,并有助于指導(dǎo)鐵路的運(yùn)營(yíng)安全管理。 本研究在對(duì)鐵路安全管理的相關(guān)理論、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,將其應(yīng)用于鐵路的數(shù)字化安全管理過(guò)程當(dāng)中。首先,介紹本研究的背景及意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行分析,提出本研究問(wèn)題,指明本研究所用的方法,給出研究結(jié)構(gòu)；接著,對(duì)鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡釋與界定,并引出支撐鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)運(yùn)作機(jī)制研究的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論；第三,詳細(xì)討論了物聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件下鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)的演進(jìn)、功能組件,建構(gòu)基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件的鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分析影響鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全的相關(guān)因素；最后,基于集成管理理論、協(xié)同理論、知識(shí)管理理論,以上文的理論研究為支撐,重點(diǎn)對(duì)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)條件下鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全數(shù)字化管理系統(tǒng)的價(jià)值生成機(jī)制、利益分配機(jī)制、伙伴信任機(jī)制進(jìn)行深入探討,以期構(gòu)建基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的鐵路運(yùn)營(yíng)安全新型數(shù)字化管理模式。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of railway accidents in recent years has greatly weakened the competitive strength and economic benefits of railways in the field of transportation. After the 18th National Congress, the State Council officially announced that the Ministry of Railways should separate the government from the enterprise. The China Railway Corporation will be fully responsible for the safe operation of the railway, and whether the railway is safe or not. The level of efficiency will directly determine the future of the railway head office. The Internet of things, as a new generation of information technology, vigorously supports the operation of digital management, and digital management has attracted much attention at home and abroad, and has promoted the successful transformation of many enterprises towards modernization. However, the traditional safety management method is still used in the railway in our country, so it is of great theoretical and practical significance to apply the information technology such as the Internet of things to the railway operation safety management. Therefore, the essence, framework and operation mechanism of the digital management system of railway operation safety based on the Internet of things have become an urgent problem to be studied, and it is helpful to guide the operation safety management of railway. Based on the analysis of the related theories of railway safety management, the technology of Internet of things, and the operation mechanism of management, the paper applies it to the process of digital safety management of railway. Firstly, it introduces the background and significance of this research, analyzes the related research at home and abroad, puts forward the research problems, points out the methods used in this study, and gives the research structure. Then, the related concepts of railway operational safety are explained and defined, and the relevant basic theories supporting the research on the operation mechanism of railway operational safety digital management system are introduced. Thirdly, the evolution and functional components of the railway operation safety digital management system under the condition of Internet of things are discussed in detail, and the structure model of the railway operation safety digital management system based on the condition of the Internet of things is constructed. The related factors affecting railway operation safety are analyzed. Finally, based on the integrated management theory, collaboration theory, knowledge management theory and the above theoretical research, the paper focuses on the value generation mechanism and benefit distribution mechanism of railway safety digital management system under the condition of Internet of things. In order to construct a new digital management model of railway operation safety based on the Internet of things, the partner trust mechanism is discussed in depth.
