TC運輸公司人力資源配置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在當今經(jīng)濟全球化的時代背景下,生產(chǎn)和傳播知識的人力資源已取代資本成為了重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源。作為生產(chǎn)要素中最活躍、最有創(chuàng)造力、最具價值的要素,人力資源是目前經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的重要的核心的資源。人力資源的開發(fā)與管理情況已經(jīng)成為決定一個企業(yè)是否能良好發(fā)展的關鍵性因素,在這其中,人力資源的合理配置是人力資源管理工作中的核心。人力資源配置是否合理,對我國中小企業(yè)的短期績效和長遠發(fā)展都有重大影響,目前我國企業(yè)的深化改革還在繼續(xù),如何進行企業(yè)人力資源優(yōu)化配置,提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力與競爭力,在有限的人力與物力條件下取得最大的經(jīng)濟效益,是當前我國企業(yè)關注的焦點。 道路運輸業(yè)是一個國家經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展的重要的基礎性產(chǎn)業(yè),是經(jīng)濟運行的關鍵性因素,也是改善人民群眾生產(chǎn)生活的重要條件。作為一家傳統(tǒng)的國有道路運輸企業(yè),TC運輸公司所面臨的干部和職工年齡結構偏大、存在結構斷層、管理人員、汽車修理人員和駕駛員嚴重缺乏等問題,是阻礙企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個重要原因,直接影響企業(yè)改制的成敗和企業(yè)改制后的發(fā)展。因此,研究TC運輸公司人力資源配置存在的問題并提出行之有效的解決方案具有十分重要的意義。 本文以人力資源和人力資源配置等有關理論為依據(jù),以TC運輸公司發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀和人力資源配置環(huán)境分析等為依據(jù),提出了TC運輸公司人力資源配置的優(yōu)化方法及保障措施。 首先,介紹了人力資源和人力資源配置的有關理論,其次,介紹了TC運輸公司的發(fā)展歷史、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及公司的人力資源配置現(xiàn)狀,提出了公司人力資源配置中存在的主要問題,對問題產(chǎn)生的原因加以分析;再次,運用SWOT分析法對公司人力資源配置的環(huán)境情況進行分析,根據(jù)對公司人力資源需求情況和崗位的分析,提出了人力資源優(yōu)化配置的具體方法和保障措施。 通過本文的研究,希望能為TC運輸公司人力資源配置中存在的問題提出有價值的優(yōu)化方案,最終增強公司的競爭力,為公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, human resource of producing and disseminating knowledge has replaced capital as an important strategic resource. As the most active, creative and valuable factor of production, human resource is an important core resource in current economic development. The development and management of human resources has become the key factor to determine whether an enterprise can develop well, in which the rational allocation of human resources is the core of human resource management. Whether the allocation of human resources is reasonable or not has a great impact on the short-term performance and long-term development of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. At present, the deepening reform of enterprises in our country is continuing, how to optimize the allocation of human resources of enterprises, To improve the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises and to obtain the greatest economic benefits under the condition of limited manpower and material resources is the focus of our country's enterprises. Road transportation is an important basic industry for the economic and social development of a country, a key factor in economic operation, and an important condition for improving the production and life of the people. As a traditional state-owned road transportation enterprise, TC Transportation Company is faced with the problems of large age structure of cadres and workers, structural faults, serious shortage of management personnel, car repair personnel and drivers, etc. It is an important reason to hinder the development of enterprises, which directly affects the success or failure of enterprise reform and the development after enterprise reform. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the problems existing in human resource allocation of TC transportation company and put forward effective solutions. This paper is based on the theories of human resources and human resource allocation, on the basis of the development history, development status, human resource allocation and environment analysis of TC transportation company. The optimization method and safeguard measures of human resource allocation of TC transportation company are put forward. Firstly, it introduces the theory of human resource and human resource allocation. Secondly, it introduces the history of TC transportation company, the present situation of development and the present situation of human resource allocation of the company. Put forward the main problems in the allocation of human resources in the company, and analyze the causes of the problems. Thirdly, SWOT analysis is used to analyze the environmental situation of human resource allocation, and according to the analysis of human resource demand and position, the specific methods and safeguard measures of human resource optimal allocation are put forward. Through the research of this paper, we hope to put forward the valuable optimization scheme for the problems existing in the human resource allocation of TC transportation company, and finally enhance the competitiveness of the company and make a contribution to the sustainable development of the company.
