首都機場備品備件信息化管理研究

【摘要】:作為維保用途的備品備件不是中間產品或銷售給顧客的最終產品,它的管理方式不同于制造企業(yè)的原材料、半成品或成品。備品備件管理是企業(yè)資產管理的重要組成部分,它為企業(yè)現場設備設施正常運行提供了有力保障,更對機場安全有序運營起到了至關重要的作用。對于首都機場備件管理來說,高效的備品備件庫存管理能有效地節(jié)約成本、減少由于備件短缺造成的停機損失及安全事故。本公司制定了成熟、先進的備品備件管理體系,并使用了SAP企業(yè)資源管理信息系統(tǒng)來管理備品備件及企業(yè)其他業(yè)務。本論文研究了首都機場股份公司備品備件庫存管理的業(yè)務流程、SAP系統(tǒng)現有管理流程及應用事務,并且針對典型備件消耗及公司整體庫存進行了簡要分析。通過對2013年年終統(tǒng)計數據分析,合理總結公司備件庫存管理現狀及存在問題,并分析其產生原因。在上述分析及總結的基礎上,結合信息系統(tǒng)研發(fā)的相關知識,設計開發(fā)首都機場備品備件條形碼系統(tǒng),將其與現有管理系統(tǒng)相比較,取長補短創(chuàng)新采用雙系統(tǒng)集成運行,對現有業(yè)務流程及庫房操作進行整合,實現SAP信息系統(tǒng)與條形碼系統(tǒng)結合并行,在數據積累的基礎上增加多種分析報表。備品備件庫存管理的改進工作應當是一個持續(xù)不斷前進的過程,是需要不斷調整修改、不斷跟進實際管理效果完善的過程。本文結合備件數據庫管理及數據挖掘等相關知識,充分利用實施信息化管理系統(tǒng)后積累的豐富經驗及數據,挖掘其潛在價值,從而對備件分類及需求預測等管理決策提供有力支持。 本文對首都機場備品備件管理工作提出了改進建議,在實施備件信息化管理后將有助于改進現有備品備件管理系統(tǒng)及庫存數據統(tǒng)計分析工作,有效降低備件庫存資金,從而提高首都機場備品備件庫存管理效率,同時也可將其提供給類似企業(yè)作為參考。
[Abstract]:Spare parts for maintenance and maintenance are not intermediate products or final products sold to customers. They are managed differently from the raw materials, semi-finished products or finished products of manufacturing enterprises. Spare parts management is an important part of enterprise asset management. It provides a strong guarantee for the normal operation of the equipment and facilities on the site of the enterprise, and plays a vital role in the safe and orderly operation of the airport. For the spare parts management of the capital airport, the efficient spare parts inventory management can effectively save the cost, reduce the loss of spare parts and safety accidents caused by the shortage of spare parts. The company has developed a mature, advanced spare parts management system, and used SAP enterprise resource management information system to manage spare parts and other business. This paper studies the business process of spare parts inventory management of Capital Airport Corporation, the existing management process and application of SAP system, and briefly analyzes the typical spare parts consumption and the whole inventory of the company. By analyzing the statistical data at the end of 2013, the present situation and existing problems of spare parts inventory management in the company are summarized, and the causes are analyzed. On the basis of the above analysis and summary, combined with the related knowledge of the information system research and development, the paper designs and develops the spare parts bar code system of the capital airport, compares it with the existing management system, and uses the dual system integrated operation to complement each other and innovate. By integrating the existing business processes and warehouse operations, the SAP information system and bar code system are combined in parallel, and a variety of analytical reports are added on the basis of data accumulation. The improvement of spare parts inventory management should be a continuous process, which needs to be adjusted and modified constantly, and the actual management effect should be continuously followed up. Based on the knowledge of spare parts database management and data mining, this paper makes full use of the rich experience and data accumulated after the implementation of information management system, and excavates its potential value. So as to spare parts classification and demand forecasting and other management decisions to provide support. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the management of spare parts in Capital Airport. After implementing the information management of spare parts, it will help to improve the existing spare parts management system and the statistical analysis of inventory data, and effectively reduce the spare parts inventory funds. In order to improve the capital airport spare parts inventory management efficiency, it can also be provided to similar enterprises as a reference.
