【摘要】：近幾年隨著經(jīng)濟增長,部分企業(yè)開始購置專屬于自己企業(yè)的公務(wù)機,以期樹立企業(yè)良好形象,增加經(jīng)濟效益。在我國公務(wù)機機場建設(shè)不足、飛行服務(wù)站建設(shè)緩慢、FBO與MRO等保障能力發(fā)展滯后,專業(yè)飛行員、維修人員等緊缺,公務(wù)機發(fā)展的保障能力亟待提升。目前沒有針對公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障能力的評價指標體系,因而確立一套科學(xué)的比較全面的指標體系具有現(xiàn)實意義。本文以我國公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障存在的問題為導(dǎo)向,采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對我國公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障體系進行研究。綜合目前關(guān)于通用航空保障體系的研究和公務(wù)機對運營環(huán)境的要求,找出影響公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障能力的因素,從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、基本服務(wù)和人才保障方面構(gòu)建評價指標體系。而后構(gòu)建公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障能力初始模型,并提出假設(shè)。利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對其進行驗證并修正。最終結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、基本服務(wù)和人才保障三個要素均對公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障能力有正向影響,且基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施要素影響最大,基本服務(wù)要素影響最小。最后結(jié)合模型的結(jié)果,提出加快提升公務(wù)機發(fā)展保障能力的建議,以期推動我國公務(wù)機市場的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic growth, some enterprises began to purchase their own business machines, in order to set up a good image of enterprises and increase economic benefits. In our country, the construction of business plane airport is insufficient, the construction of flying service station is slow, the development of FBO and MRO support ability is lagging behind, the shortage of professional pilots, maintenance personnel and so on, the support ability of business jet development needs to be improved urgently. At present, there is no evaluation index system for the development of business jet, so it is of practical significance to establish a set of scientific and comprehensive index system. Based on the problems existing in the development and guarantee of business jet in China, the structure equation model is used to study the development guarantee system of business jet in this paper. Based on the current research on the general aviation security system and the operational environment requirements of the business jet, the factors affecting the development and support ability of the business jet are found out, and the evaluation index system is constructed from the aspects of infrastructure, basic services and personnel support. Then the initial model of business jet development support capacity is constructed and the hypothesis is put forward. The structural equation model is used to verify and modify it. The final results show that the three elements of infrastructure, basic services and talent security have a positive impact on the development of business jet support ability, and infrastructure elements have the greatest impact, and basic service elements have the least impact. Finally, based on the results of the model, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to accelerate the development of business jet, in order to promote the development of business jet market in China.
