【摘要】：正回顧中國(guó)高速鐵路(以下簡(jiǎn)稱為"高鐵")的發(fā)展歷程,可以看到,中國(guó)高鐵經(jīng)過(guò)20多年的預(yù)研和近10年的大規(guī)模建設(shè),2萬(wàn)公里的網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)已逐漸完善,運(yùn)營(yíng)里程占據(jù)世界高鐵運(yùn)營(yíng)里程的60%。中國(guó)高鐵正在深刻地改變著國(guó)內(nèi)的交通運(yùn)輸格局,提升了交通運(yùn)輸?shù)姆⻊?wù)質(zhì)量,塑造著人們新的出行文化。對(duì)于這樣一個(gè)投資巨大的國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,發(fā)展高鐵對(duì)于中國(guó)的意義早已不再局限于提高交通運(yùn)輸能力,而是觸及對(duì)區(qū)域城市發(fā)展乃至國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和國(guó)家
[Abstract]:Looking back on the development of China's high-speed railway (hereinafter referred to as "high-speed rail"), we can see that after more than 20 years of pre-study and large-scale construction of China's high-speed railway, the network form of 20,000 kilometers has gradually improved. Operating mileage accounts for 60 percent of the world's high-speed rail operating mileage. China's high-speed rail is profoundly changing the domestic transport pattern, improving the quality of transport services and shaping people's new travel culture. For such a huge investment in national development strategy, the development of high-speed rail for China has long been no longer limited to improve transport capacity, but to the development of regional cities and even the national economy and the country.
