天津交通職業(yè)學(xué)院空乘人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育是實(shí)施“科教興國(guó)”戰(zhàn)略和“人才強(qiáng)國(guó)”戰(zhàn)略的客觀要求,高職高專(zhuān)院校人才在我國(guó)民航服務(wù)業(yè)中扮演著重要的角色。伴隨著我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,,我國(guó)民用航空產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來(lái)了大發(fā)展契機(jī)。在民航類(lèi)人才需求量急劇增加的大背景下,分析出一套具有自身特色的空中乘務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式,不僅可以促進(jìn)學(xué)院專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的教育培養(yǎng)改革,還能夠使畢業(yè)生在就業(yè)時(shí)可以與民航類(lèi)企業(yè)更好的完成對(duì)接。 本文通過(guò)介紹目前我國(guó)民航業(yè)空乘人才培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析出天津交通職業(yè)學(xué)院目前存在的問(wèn)題以及成因,運(yùn)用SWOT分析,對(duì)學(xué)院空中乘務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式給出了自己的設(shè)計(jì)方案。最后,以提高學(xué)生就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為切入點(diǎn),針對(duì)如何落實(shí)新型的人才培養(yǎng)模式提出了師資建設(shè)、課程體系、實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)等方面相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 文章的創(chuàng)新之處是在學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)模式的分析上借鑒戰(zhàn)略管理的“SWOT分析”,通過(guò)對(duì)比其他民航類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)院校,找出機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),并對(duì)學(xué)院空中乘務(wù)專(zhuān)業(yè)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略定位。隨后,基于這些分析,對(duì)比提出符合學(xué)院特色的“二三四二”模式。通過(guò)本文可以看出,要想學(xué)院專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展立足于全國(guó)領(lǐng)先水平,必須依靠改革,構(gòu)建新型人才培養(yǎng)模式,發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),這樣才可以培養(yǎng)出符合企業(yè)需求的合格的服務(wù)技能型人才。
[Abstract]:Vigorously developing higher vocational education is the objective requirement of implementing the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and "strengthening the country with talent". The talents of higher vocational colleges and colleges play an important role in the civil aviation service industry of our country. With the rapid development of our national economy, China's civil aviation industry ushered in a great opportunity for development. Against the background of the rapid increase in the demand for civil aviation talents, this paper analyzes a set of training mode of air crew personnel with its own characteristics, which can not only promote the reform of the education and training of college professionals, Can also enable graduates in employment and civil aviation enterprises to better complete docking. This paper introduces the current development of civil aviation flight attendants in China, analyzes the existing problems and causes of Tianjin Jiaotong Vocational College, and applies SWOT to analyze the development of civil aviation flight attendants. This paper gives its own design scheme for the training mode of personnel of air crew specialty in college. Finally, in order to improve the employment competitiveness of students, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to implement the new talent training mode, such as teacher construction, curriculum system, practice training and so on. The innovation of this paper is to draw lessons from the "SWOT analysis" of strategic management in the analysis of talent training mode in colleges and universities, and to find out the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses by comparing other civil aviation professional colleges. And carries on the strategic localization to the college air crew specialty. Then, based on these analyses, the author contrasts and puts forward the "2342" model which accords with the characteristics of the college. Through this article, we can see that if we want to base our professional development on the national leading level, we must rely on reform, construct a new type of talent training model, and bring our own advantages into full play. Only in this way can we cultivate qualified service skilled personnel who meet the needs of enterprises.
