北京鐵路局科技創(chuàng)新機(jī)制研究
[Abstract]:The maturation of science and technology in the field of high-speed railway provides an endogenous driving force for the railway industry in our country to step into the leap-forward stage of development. However, with the implementation of large-scale construction of high-speed railway, the operation of high-speed railway, It is revealed that the insufficient ability of science and technology innovation still exists in the field of railway in our country, and the speed of upgrading railway science and technology in our country lags behind the pace of development and the need of development of our country's railway industry. It shows that it is urgent to construct a new innovation system to promote the leap-forward development of railway science and technology in our country, so as to speed up the development of railway industry in China in an all-round way into the mode of "double leapfrogging". As one of the large railway transportation enterprises in China, the Beijing Railway Administration is also facing the above problems in the aspect of innovation mechanism, which greatly restricts the progress and development of the scientific and technological innovation of the Beijing Railway Administration, which makes it difficult for the Beijing Railway Administration to form the core competitiveness. Therefore, the concrete forms of the problems existing in the innovative mechanism of Beijing Railway Administration are clearly identified, the reasons that lie behind these problems are excavated, and the countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems are put forward through rigorous argumentation and scientific methods. It is not only related to the development and growth of Beijing Railway Administration itself, but also of great significance to the further reform of China's railway science and technology innovation system. In view of this, this paper will optimize the scientific and technological innovation mechanism of Beijing Railway Administration as a research topic, using literature analysis, comparative analysis, interviews and other research methods, to explore the optimization of the Beijing Railway Administration of science and technology innovation mechanism of countermeasures, strategies, From the theoretical level and the practical level to provide reference for relevant departments. This paper mainly includes the following contents: 1. This paper analyzes the related concepts and theoretical basis of innovation, combs the existing research on innovation, thus laying a theoretical foundation and literature support for the next research in this paper. 2. This paper systematically introduces the general situation and composition of the typical foreign railway science and technology innovation system, such as Germany, France and so on, and sums up the railway science and technology innovation system of our country from the macroscopic view. From the aspect of practice, it provides experience for this paper to study the optimization of scientific and technological innovation mechanism of Beijing Railway Administration; 3. This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation of the scientific and technological innovation system of Beijing Railway Administration, expounds in detail the composition structure, operation mechanism, advantages and characteristics, main tasks and existing problems of the existing system, and also analyzes the Shanghai Railway Administration. The measures of other railway administrations such as Hohhot Railway Bureau in scientific and technological innovation make the conclusions of this paper practical adaptability and realizability. 4. Based on the above three parts, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the scientific and technological innovation mechanism of Beijing Railway Administration from six aspects: the field of scientific and technological innovation, the way of scientific and technological innovation, and the platform of scientific and technological innovation.
