【摘要】：新興的分享經(jīng)濟(jì)商業(yè)模式引發(fā)了有待研究的許多新問(wèn)題。本文基于服務(wù)科學(xué)角度,運(yùn)用服務(wù)藍(lán)圖法描述分享經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)流程,引入發(fā)明問(wèn)題解決理論TRIZ,將技術(shù)參數(shù)和創(chuàng)新原理等理論與服務(wù)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行適配,嘗試?yán)梅⻊?wù)沖突矩陣來(lái)解決服務(wù)管理問(wèn)題,通過(guò)改進(jìn)服務(wù)流程以實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新。本文創(chuàng)新地集成服務(wù)藍(lán)圖與TRIZ理論并研究其在服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)中的適用性,提出分享經(jīng)濟(jì)模式下的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新理論框架,以Uber在中國(guó)本土化進(jìn)程中的服務(wù)沖突解決為案例,詳細(xì)描述了本框架的步驟內(nèi)容,并證實(shí)其可行性。本文提出的基于TRIZ理論和服務(wù)藍(lán)圖法的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新框架,為促進(jìn)新興商業(yè)模式的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)以及服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的問(wèn)題解決從而實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)創(chuàng)新提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The emerging business model of sharing economy raises many new questions to be studied. Based on the view of service science, this paper uses the method of service blueprint to describe the service flow of sharing economy, and introduces the theory of problem solving of invention (TRIZ,) to adapt the theory of technology parameter and innovation principle to the field of service. Service conflict matrix is used to solve service management problem and service innovation is realized by improving service flow. This paper innovatively integrates the service blueprint and TRIZ theory and studies its applicability in service design, and puts forward the service innovation theory framework under the sharing economy model, taking the service conflict resolution of Uber in the process of localization in China as a case study. The steps of this framework are described in detail, and its feasibility is verified. This paper presents a framework of service innovation based on TRIZ theory and service blueprint method, which provides a new way to promote the service design of new business model and to solve the problems in service field so as to realize service innovation.
