分享經(jīng)濟模式下基于TRIZ理論的服務創(chuàng)新

【摘要】:新興的分享經(jīng)濟商業(yè)模式引發(fā)了有待研究的許多新問題。本文基于服務科學角度,運用服務藍圖法描述分享經(jīng)濟服務流程,引入發(fā)明問題解決理論TRIZ,將技術(shù)參數(shù)和創(chuàng)新原理等理論與服務領(lǐng)域進行適配,嘗試利用服務沖突矩陣來解決服務管理問題,通過改進服務流程以實現(xiàn)服務創(chuàng)新。本文創(chuàng)新地集成服務藍圖與TRIZ理論并研究其在服務設計中的適用性,提出分享經(jīng)濟模式下的服務創(chuàng)新理論框架,以Uber在中國本土化進程中的服務沖突解決為案例,詳細描述了本框架的步驟內(nèi)容,并證實其可行性。本文提出的基于TRIZ理論和服務藍圖法的服務創(chuàng)新框架,為促進新興商業(yè)模式的服務設計以及服務領(lǐng)域的問題解決從而實現(xiàn)服務創(chuàng)新提供新的思路。
[Abstract]:The emerging business model of sharing economy raises many new questions to be studied. Based on the view of service science, this paper uses the method of service blueprint to describe the service flow of sharing economy, and introduces the theory of problem solving of invention (TRIZ,) to adapt the theory of technology parameter and innovation principle to the field of service. Service conflict matrix is used to solve service management problem and service innovation is realized by improving service flow. This paper innovatively integrates the service blueprint and TRIZ theory and studies its applicability in service design, and puts forward the service innovation theory framework under the sharing economy model, taking the service conflict resolution of Uber in the process of localization in China as a case study. The steps of this framework are described in detail, and its feasibility is verified. This paper presents a framework of service innovation based on TRIZ theory and service blueprint method, which provides a new way to promote the service design of new business model and to solve the problems in service field so as to realize service innovation.
