基于SE-DEA模型的國(guó)際油輪航運(yùn)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究

【摘要】:金融危機(jī)之后,國(guó)際原油綜合運(yùn)價(jià)指數(shù)低位震蕩,各種經(jīng)營(yíng)成本上升造成油運(yùn)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇。與此同時(shí),中國(guó)進(jìn)口原油數(shù)量逐年上升,然而國(guó)內(nèi)油輪航運(yùn)企業(yè)承運(yùn)份額較低,中國(guó)油輪船隊(duì)建設(shè)任重道遠(yuǎn)。油輪航運(yùn)企業(yè)要提高“國(guó)油國(guó)運(yùn)”比重,并且在不明朗的國(guó)際油輪運(yùn)輸市場(chǎng)中謀求生存與發(fā)展,就必須不斷提高自身的綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。 本文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的研究(重點(diǎn)在于指標(biāo)體系和研究方法)進(jìn)行歸納。其次結(jié)合在《中海集團(tuán)全面風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理》課題項(xiàng)目,以及在上海航運(yùn)交易所實(shí)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出一套反映油運(yùn)企業(yè)特性的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。進(jìn)而引入SE-DEA模型,選取國(guó)內(nèi)外幾家知名油輪航運(yùn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行橫向比較,并且從縱向角度分析招商能源2006~2010年的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力變化趨勢(shì)。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示,雖然招商能源在六大油運(yùn)企業(yè)中整體表現(xiàn)最佳,但在聯(lián)盟程度、市場(chǎng)占有率、企業(yè)品牌、船隊(duì)規(guī)模等方面仍需進(jìn)一步改善。本文的研究對(duì)于國(guó)際油輪航運(yùn)企業(yè)提高運(yùn)營(yíng)效率、加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有一定的科學(xué)參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the low price index of international crude oil price fluctuates, and various operating costs rise, which results in intensified competition in the oil transportation market. At the same time, the quantity of crude oil imported by China is increasing year by year, however, the share of domestic tanker shipping enterprises is low, and the construction of Chinese tanker fleet has a long way to go. In order to increase the proportion of "national oil transportation" and to seek survival and development in the uncertain international tanker transportation market, tanker shipping enterprises must constantly improve their comprehensive competitive strength. In this paper, the existing competitiveness of the research (focus on the index system and research methods) are summarized. Secondly, combining with the project of "Comprehensive risk Management of China Shipping Group" and the experience of practicing in Shanghai Shipping Exchange, a set of competitive evaluation index system is put forward to reflect the characteristics of oil transportation enterprises. Then the SE-DEA model is introduced, and several well-known tanker shipping enterprises at home and abroad are selected to carry out horizontal comparison, and the trend of competitiveness of China Merchants Energy from 2006 to 2010 is analyzed from the longitudinal point of view. The results show that although the overall performance of China Merchants is the best among the six major oil transportation enterprises, the degree of alliance, market share, enterprise brand and fleet size still need to be further improved. The research of this paper has certain scientific reference value for the international tanker shipping enterprises to improve the operation efficiency and strengthen the market competitiveness.
