遼寧省交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度綜合評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:交通是人流、物流和信息流等實(shí)現(xiàn)空間流動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)移的重要載體,在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮著重要支撐作用。本文以遼寧省主體功能區(qū)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃為背景,通過(guò)交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度和交通通達(dá)度兩個(gè)方向?qū)|寧省交通發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入研究,旨在客觀評(píng)價(jià)遼寧省交通發(fā)展水平,為遼寧省未來(lái)交通規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和發(fā)展建設(shè)提供理論依據(jù)和科學(xué)支撐。 初步設(shè)計(jì)四部分。第一部分(第一、二章):介紹本文的研究背景、目的和價(jià)值總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究方法和成果,吸收和借鑒。第二部分(第三章):在現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)模型和研究規(guī)程基礎(chǔ)上,闡述評(píng)價(jià)方法和技術(shù)流程;第三部分(第四、五、六、七章):對(duì)交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度和交通通達(dá)性進(jìn)行空間差異評(píng)價(jià),探討遼寧省交通與人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)的空間關(guān)聯(lián)特征;第四部分(第八章)總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià),提出發(fā)展建議和措施。 通過(guò)交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度和交通通達(dá)度兩個(gè)方向進(jìn)行研究。交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度Mi:以遼寧省74個(gè)縣級(jí)行政單位為研究對(duì)象,,以交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)密度Di、交通干線影響度Ci和區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)度Si為指標(biāo),通過(guò)ArcGIS和SPSS等軟件計(jì)算分析,獲得遼寧省交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度的地域差異和空間分布特征。交通通達(dá)度Ni:抽取35個(gè)主要(縣市)經(jīng)濟(jì)中心為研究對(duì)象,選取網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接度Bi和通達(dá)度系數(shù)Ai為指標(biāo),通過(guò)最短路徑方法和空間差值技術(shù)預(yù)測(cè)分析遼寧省74個(gè)單元分區(qū)的通達(dá)性水平。最后將交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度Mi與交通通達(dá)度Ni聚合為交通發(fā)展指數(shù)MNi,將經(jīng)濟(jì)數(shù)據(jù)G_i和人口數(shù)據(jù)P_i進(jìn)行分等定級(jí),研究交通與人口和經(jīng)濟(jì)布局的空間關(guān)聯(lián)特征。結(jié)果顯示:交通優(yōu)勢(shì)度兩級(jí)分化嚴(yán)重,交通優(yōu)勢(shì)突出區(qū)域較少;以沈陽(yáng)、大連為中心,沿沈大交通軸線向兩側(cè)逐漸降低,并表現(xiàn)出一定的“親!蹦J。交通通達(dá)度總體水平較高,空間格局呈現(xiàn)出同心圈結(jié)構(gòu),“核心—外圍”模式明顯;通達(dá)度水平核心城市突出,向外圍逐步降低;關(guān)聯(lián)特性顯示交通與經(jīng)濟(jì)和人口的空間分布格局基本諧調(diào),但仍需進(jìn)一步調(diào)整和完善。在未來(lái),將繼續(xù)完善海陸空立體化交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),努力實(shí)現(xiàn)“一個(gè)工作日,全省通達(dá)”的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Traffic is an important carrier to realize spatial flow and transfer, such as people flow, logistics and information flow, which plays an important supporting role in the development of social economy. Based on the strategic planning of the main function area of Liaoning Province, this paper makes a thorough study on the present situation of traffic development in Liaoning Province through two directions of traffic dominance and accessibility, in order to objectively evaluate the level of traffic development in Liaoning Province. It provides theoretical basis and scientific support for future traffic planning, design and development of Liaoning Province. Preliminary design four parts. The first part (chapter one, chapter two): introduce the research background, purpose and value of this paper, summarize the domestic and foreign research methods and achievements, absorb and draw lessons from. The second part (chapter III): based on the existing data models and research procedures, describes the evaluation methods and technical processes; the third part (chapters IV, V, VI, VII): the traffic dominance and accessibility of the spatial difference evaluation, The fourth part (chapter 8) summarizes the evaluation and puts forward the development suggestions and measures. Traffic dominance and traffic accessibility are studied in two directions. Traffic dominance degree (Mi:) takes 74 county administrative units in Liaoning Province as the research object, and takes traffic network density Di, traffic trunk line influence degree Ci and location advantage degree Si as the index, and calculates and analyzes by ArcGIS and SPSS software, etc. The regional differences and spatial distribution characteristics of traffic dominance in Liaoning Province were obtained. The traffic accessibility (Ni:) is selected from 35 major economic centers (counties and cities) as the research object, and the network connectivity Bi and the accessibility coefficient Ai are selected as the indexes. Based on the shortest path method and spatial difference technique, the accessibility level of 74 unit partitions in Liaoning Province was predicted and analyzed. Finally, the traffic dominance degree (Mi) and the traffic accessibility (Ni) are aggregated into the traffic development index (MNi,), which classifies the economic data and population data, and studies the spatial correlation characteristics between traffic and population and economic layout. The results show that the degree of traffic superiority is divided seriously, and the traffic advantage is prominent in few areas, with Shenyang and Dalian as the center, gradually decreasing along the traffic axis of Shenyang and Dalian, and showing a certain "sea friendly" pattern. The overall level of traffic accessibility is high, the spatial pattern shows concentric circle structure, the "core-periphery" pattern is obvious, the core city with the level of accessibility is prominent, and gradually decreases to the periphery. The correlation characteristics show that traffic is basically compatible with the spatial distribution pattern of economy and population, but it still needs to be further adjusted and improved. In the future, we will continue to improve the three-dimensional transport network construction of land, sea and air, and strive to achieve the goal of "one working day, access to the whole province."
