關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)公路交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:交通與經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系一直備受眾多學(xué)者的關(guān)注,交通可達(dá)性是度量交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的有效指標(biāo)之一。但是以往的研究多是從靜態(tài)角度、用單一指標(biāo),方法分析,探討指標(biāo)變化間的相關(guān)關(guān)系則較少。本文以關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)55個(gè)縣(市)為研究對(duì)象,首先用GIS網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法分析了關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)各縣域公路交通可達(dá)性格局及其演變,再用主成分分析法對(duì)關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的狀況及演變特征進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),在此基礎(chǔ)上分別用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度方法和彈性系數(shù)分別探討了可達(dá)性變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展變化的關(guān)聯(lián)程度及協(xié)調(diào)程度,得出以下的結(jié)論: (1)關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)可達(dá)性總體格局呈現(xiàn)出以西安、咸陽為中心的“核心—外圍”模式;西安、咸陽及周圍縣域單元一直位于可達(dá)性最好的區(qū)域;可達(dá)性變化卻呈現(xiàn)出與可達(dá)性相反的格局。在交通可達(dá)性變化上,經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)邊緣地區(qū)可達(dá)性提高程度大于中心地區(qū),公路網(wǎng)絡(luò)演變的過程中,邊緣地區(qū)可達(dá)性變化比較顯著。 (2)關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平呈現(xiàn)以西安、咸陽為中心,向周圍遞減的“核心—外圍”模式。從1999年到2009年,各縣域單元的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展變化水平呈不連續(xù)的分布狀況,,經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的西部縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展變化水平高于整個(gè)地區(qū),東南部縣域單元經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展變化相對(duì)遲緩。 (3)在不同時(shí)期,各項(xiàng)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)與交通可達(dá)性的關(guān)聯(lián)程度不同,階段性的數(shù)據(jù)表明財(cái)政收入、經(jīng)濟(jì)密度、縣域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)力等指標(biāo)的變化與可達(dá)性變化的關(guān)聯(lián)性較強(qiáng)。 (4)交通可達(dá)性與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展具有高度的協(xié)同性。從1999年和2009年的數(shù)據(jù)分析,表明交通可達(dá)性較好的地區(qū)其經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平也較高;同時(shí)交通可達(dá)性變化與經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合實(shí)力增長也呈現(xiàn)較高的相關(guān)性。不同縣域單元交通運(yùn)輸與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的協(xié)調(diào)程度不一。受自然條件的制約以及各地所處的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展階段的不同,各縣域單元的公路交通運(yùn)輸可達(dá)性與當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)增長的彈性系數(shù)差異顯著。
[Abstract]:The relationship between traffic and economy has been concerned by many scholars. Traffic accessibility is one of the effective indicators to measure traffic network structure. However, the previous studies are mostly from a static point of view, using a single index, method analysis, to explore the correlation between index changes is less. In this paper, 55 counties (cities) in Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone are taken as the research objects. Firstly, the traffic accessibility pattern and its evolution in each county area of Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone are analyzed by using GIS network analysis method. Then using principal component analysis method to evaluate the state and evolution characteristics of county economic development in Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone. On the basis of this, the degree of correlation and coordination between the change of reachability and the change of economic development are discussed by using the method of grey correlation degree and elastic coefficient, respectively. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the overall pattern of reachability in Guanzhong Tianshui Economic Zone presents the "core and periphery" pattern with Xi'an and Xianyang as the center, Xian, Xianyang and its surrounding county units are always located in the area with the best reachability; The change of reachability presents a pattern opposite to that of reachability. In the change of traffic accessibility, the degree of improvement of accessibility in the edge of economic zone is greater than that in the central area, and in the process of highway network evolution, (2) the economic development level of Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone presents a "core-periphery" pattern with Xi'an and Xianyang as the center and decreasing toward the periphery. From 1999 to 2009, the level of economic development and change in each county unit was discontinuous, and the level of economic development in the western region of the economic zone was higher than that in the whole region. The economic development of county units in southeastern China is relatively slow. (3) in different periods, the correlation between economic indicators and traffic accessibility is different. The change of comprehensive strength of county economy is closely related to the change of reachability. (4) there is a high degree of synergy between transportation accessibility and economic development. From the data analysis of 1999 and 2009, it is shown that the economic development level of the areas with good traffic accessibility is also higher, and the change of traffic accessibility has a high correlation with the growth of economic comprehensive strength. The coordination degree of transportation and economic growth of different county units is different. Under the restriction of natural conditions and the different stages of economic development in different regions, the road transportation accessibility of each county unit is significantly different from the elastic coefficient of local economic growth.
