【摘要】:隨著高速鐵路快速建設(shè)和發(fā)展,我國鐵路將逐步形成由高速鐵路及既有線提速線路組成的大規(guī)?焖俾每瓦\(yùn)輸網(wǎng),鐵路運(yùn)能將極大提高,在運(yùn)輸組織、運(yùn)營管理、市場環(huán)境、旅客需求等方面也將發(fā)生巨大變化。經(jīng)過對(duì)旅客服務(wù)需求的研究分析,按照實(shí)現(xiàn)高速鐵路統(tǒng)一的服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、統(tǒng)一的經(jīng)營策略、統(tǒng)一的管理機(jī)制、統(tǒng)一的技術(shù)架構(gòu)要求,堅(jiān)持系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)、成熟、經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用、可靠的原則,結(jié)合中國高速鐵路客運(yùn)服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)際,進(jìn)行技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、應(yīng)用創(chuàng)新和集成創(chuàng)新,建設(shè)技術(shù)先進(jìn)、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、功能完善、管理科學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)適用、安全可靠、國際領(lǐng)先的中國高鐵旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng),為旅客提供安全、舒適、便捷、高效的服務(wù)。 首先,論文簡述了旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)研究背景,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,分析國外系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和國內(nèi)既有系統(tǒng)的不足。 其次,論文從旅客側(cè)需求和鐵路側(cè)需求進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析和描述,解剖旅客出行和鐵路工作人員服務(wù)各環(huán)節(jié)信息需求,框定系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)范圍。 第三,論文基于需求分析,對(duì)旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、劃分系統(tǒng)功能,制定技術(shù)路線。 第四,論文依托旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)工程實(shí)施,詳細(xì)闡述了系統(tǒng)從數(shù)據(jù)集成到業(yè)務(wù)集成,單站和大代小模式到鐵路局集中模式的優(yōu)化過程。 第五,論文對(duì)旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)工程實(shí)施過程中的重點(diǎn)工作進(jìn)行了梳理。 最后,論文對(duì)旅客服務(wù)系統(tǒng)在已開通高鐵中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行簡單總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid construction and development of high-speed railway, China's railway will gradually form a large-scale rapid passenger transport network composed of high-speed railway and existing high-speed railway lines. The railway transport capacity will be greatly improved, in the transportation organization, operation management, market environment, Passenger demand and other aspects will also be greatly changed. Through the research and analysis of passenger service demand, according to the uniform service standard, unified management strategy, unified management mechanism, unified technical framework requirements of high-speed railway, the system is advanced, mature, economical and applicable. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the research background of passenger service system, studies the domestic and foreign passenger service system, analyzes the characteristics of the foreign system and the shortcomings of the existing domestic system. Secondly, the paper analyzes and describes the demand of passenger side and railway side in detail, dissects the information requirement of passenger travel and railway staff service, and defines the business scope of the system. Thirdly, based on the requirement analysis, the paper designs the passenger service system, constructs the system structure, divides the system function, and formulates the technical route. Fourthly, relying on the implementation of passenger service system engineering, the paper elaborates the optimization process of the system from data integration to business integration, single station and small generation mode to centralized mode of railway bureau. Fifthly, the thesis combs the key work in the process of passenger service system engineering. Finally, the paper summarizes the application of passenger service system in high-speed railway.
