【摘要】：城市公共交通是與人民群眾生產(chǎn)生活息息相關(guān)的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。公交優(yōu)先在大中型城市的發(fā)展中起著舉足輕重的作用，是解決交通擁堵問(wèn)題的有效途徑。近年來(lái)，廣州市公共交通有了較快發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)措施建設(shè)管理公交專用道，在確保公共交通優(yōu)先發(fā)展方面取得了一定的效果。但隨著廣州經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展，機(jī)動(dòng)車擁有量及機(jī)動(dòng)化出行比例不斷提高，交通擁堵、群眾出行不便等問(wèn)題日益突出，嚴(yán)重影響了城市發(fā)展和人民群眾生活水平的提高。本文的研究，，旨在提高公交專用道的交通資源利用效率，對(duì)推進(jìn)公共交通發(fā)展，緩解廣州市交通擁堵問(wèn)題提出建議。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、比較研究方法等方法，對(duì)廣州市公交專用道的一系列政策、管理手段進(jìn)行深入研究，綜合考慮對(duì)公交專用道的經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)、社會(huì)評(píng)價(jià)等因素，從交通量、需求、供給、社會(huì)支持度等方面進(jìn)行比較，在分析廣州市公交專用道的設(shè)置、管理過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題和原因基礎(chǔ)上，提出了包括建立科學(xué)的公共交通規(guī)劃；加強(qiáng)對(duì)公交優(yōu)先的政府扶持與管理；尊重公眾對(duì)公共交通的知情權(quán)與監(jiān)督權(quán)；完善公交專用道的運(yùn)行管理等方面的對(duì)策思路。
[Abstract]:Urban public transportation is an important infrastructure closely related to the production and life of the people. Bus priority plays an important role in the development of large and medium-sized cities and is an effective way to solve the traffic congestion problem. In recent years, public transport in Guangzhou has developed rapidly, and a number of measures have been introduced to build and manage public transport lanes, which has achieved certain results in ensuring the priority development of public transport. However, with the sustained and rapid development of Guangzhou's economy and society, the number of motor vehicles and the proportion of motorized travel have been increasing, traffic congestion and the inconvenience of mass travel have become increasingly prominent. Seriously affected the development of the city and the improvement of the people's living standards. The purpose of this paper is to improve the utilization efficiency of traffic resources of bus lanes, to promote the development of public transport and to alleviate the traffic congestion in Guangzhou. By using the methods of literature analysis and comparative research, this paper makes an in-depth study on a series of policies and management methods of bus lanes in Guangzhou, and synthetically considers the factors such as economic evaluation and social evaluation of bus lanes, and takes traffic volume into account. Based on the comparison of demand, supply, social support, and based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the course of setting up and managing the special bus lanes in Guangzhou, this paper puts forward the establishment of scientific public transport planning. Strengthen the government support and management of public transport priority; respect the public's right to know and supervise the public transport; improve the operation and management of bus lanes and other aspects of countermeasures.
