【摘要】:隨著科技的進步和城市的發(fā)展,對城市公共交通的要求越來越高,公交企業(yè)要想得以生存和發(fā)展,前提就是要發(fā)展一批有精湛的技術(shù)、適應(yīng)能力強、思想過硬的員工隊伍。最近,公交企業(yè)的發(fā)展遠遠趕不上城市的發(fā)展,在城市規(guī)?焖贁U大的同時,公交企業(yè)也需要快速發(fā)展。但是,公交企業(yè)人力資源不足的問題一直制約著企業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于各種社會問題造成了無法及時、有效地補充人力資源的局面,本文將探討通過為公交企業(yè)設(shè)計員工培訓(xùn)方案,來提升現(xiàn)有員工的綜合素質(zhì),希望能夠有效地緩解人力資源不足給公交企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的不利影響。Z市公交總公司是鄭州城市客運的主導(dǎo)力量,員工隊伍的情況直接影響到企業(yè)的發(fā)展。該公司作為一家大型國有企業(yè),在員工培訓(xùn)方面有著較為完善的制度和程序,但是還存在著一些問題,制約著企業(yè)的繼續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,Z市公交總公司在做好運營生產(chǎn)等重要工作的同時,創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營理念,把人力資源作為人力資本充分開發(fā),使之成為企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的動力源泉是該公司應(yīng)該追求的目標。 本文以Z市公交總公司為研究對象,以員工培訓(xùn)為研究的重點,通過對員工培訓(xùn)管理理論的研究,大量收集國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料,充分梳理相關(guān)的理論,同時結(jié)合Z市公交總公司人力資源管理的現(xiàn)狀,與其他專著和論文的觀點進行分析和比對,吸收其研究成果,彌補現(xiàn)有不足。以Z市公交總公司的公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為方向,以組織需求、人員需求、工作任務(wù)需求等方面為基礎(chǔ),從而設(shè)計出一套適合公司發(fā)展的員工培訓(xùn)方案,特別是在構(gòu)建科學(xué)的員工培訓(xùn)的具體實施和其效果評估體系方面加以深入的探討,并輔以運行該體系的保障措施,以保證Z市公交總公司員工培訓(xùn)能夠為現(xiàn)如今解決企業(yè)發(fā)展困難提供人力資源的有效提升,還為企業(yè)的今后可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供支撐和保障。 本文從針對Z市公交總公司員工培訓(xùn)研究的背景和意義等方面入手,通過焦點小組訪談法和觀察法等方法獲取大量一手資料,并結(jié)合MBA各項理論,深入分析了Z市公交總公司員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,進而制定出科學(xué)合理的員工培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)方案,希望使Z市公交總公司員工培訓(xùn)工作能夠更加科學(xué)、規(guī)范,從而提升員工的綜合素質(zhì),不斷推動Z市公交總公司以及全國公交企業(yè)能夠可持續(xù)地快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the development of the city, the demand for urban public transportation is more and more high. If public transport enterprises want to survive and develop, the prerequisite is to develop a group of employees with exquisite technology, strong adaptability and strong thinking. Recently, the development of public transport enterprises is far from keeping up with the development of cities. However, the lack of human resources in public transport enterprises has been restricting the development of enterprises. Due to various social problems, human resources can not be replenished in a timely and effective manner. This paper will discuss how to improve the comprehensive quality of existing employees by designing staff training programs for public transport enterprises. It is hoped that the negative impact of insufficient human resources on the development of public transport enterprises can be effectively alleviated.Z City Public Transport Corporation is the leading force in Zhengzhou's urban passenger transport, and the situation of the staff directly affects the development of the enterprises. As a large state-owned enterprise, the company has a relatively perfect system and procedure in employee training, but there are still some problems which restrict the continuous development of the enterprise. Therefore, while doing the important work such as operation and production well, the company should pursue the goal of innovating the management idea, taking human resources as the full development of human capital and making it the motive source of the sustainable development of the enterprise. This article takes Z City Public Transportation Corporation as the research object, takes the employee training as the research emphasis, through the research to the employee training management theory, collects the domestic and foreign related literature data in large quantities, fully combs the related theory. At the same time, combining with the current situation of human resource management in Z City Public Transportation Corporation, this paper analyzes and compares with other monographs and papers, absorbs the research results, and makes up for the existing deficiencies. Taking the development strategy of Z City Public Transportation Corporation as the direction, and based on the organizational needs, personnel needs, task requirements and so on, a set of employee training programs suitable for the development of the company are designed. In particular, in the construction of scientific staff training specific implementation and its effectiveness evaluation system to be discussed in depth, and supplemented with the operation of the system of safeguards, In order to ensure that Z City Public Transportation Corporation staff training can solve the difficulties of enterprise development to provide effective human resources to upgrade, but also for the future sustainable development of enterprises to provide support and guarantee. Based on the background and significance of the research on employee training in Z City Public Transportation Corporation, this paper obtains a large number of primary materials through focus group interviews and observation methods, and combines the various theories of MBA. This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of employee training in Z City Public Transportation Corporation, and then formulates a scientific and reasonable employee training and development plan, hoping to make the training work of Z City Public Transportation Corporation more scientific and standardized. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of employees, continuously promote Z City Public Transportation Corporation and national public transport enterprises can be sustainable and rapid development.
