基于集裝箱船舶實(shí)配的碼頭集港作業(yè)優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:Actual stowage is a core link of container terminal operation and container shipping. It mainly solves the problem of container ship loading on the basis of ensuring the safety and economy of ship operation. Plan the loading position of the container on board, and on this basis can form the loading order of the container. Not only that, it can also solve the container terminal production operations, on the basis of ensuring the ship dynamic, so that the production operations in an orderly way to improve the efficiency of production operations. The quality of the loading plan made by the single ship planner directly affects the safety and economy of the ship and the efficiency of the container terminal production. The study of optimization problems related to actual loading has extensive application value to modern management of container terminal and container shipping. Terminal operations mainly include container operations for imported containers, port gathering operations for export containers, loading and unloading operations for container vessels, etc. Among them, the port collecting operation of export container and loading operation of container ship are closely related to actual stowage. After site planning, the export container can collect the port according to the prescribed time. Before the container ship is berthed, the single ship planner carries out the actual loading of the container ship according to the pre-assigned plan issued by the shipping company's pre-allocation center, and combined with the actual case of receiving the container at the port gathering site. Finally, the control dispatcher organizes the production according to the actual stowage chart made by the single ship planner. The collecting port of export container is the first step for container ship to export container, so the optimization of container collecting operation can not only improve the utilization ratio of terminal yard, but also make single ship planner in the actual loading process. It is more reasonable and efficient to use the container which has been collected in the yard to reduce the overturning rate and avoid the conflict between the operation lines. Then the actual stowage is optimized to make the operation process more smooth and improve the production efficiency of the central control dispatcher in organizing the production operation. This paper firstly studies the characteristics of container ship's actual stowage and summarizes the relevant parameters that should be paid attention to in container ship's stowage. Secondly, using linear programming method and heuristic algorithm to optimize the port collecting operation of export container, making the port collection of export container the most reasonable, and then optimizing the actual stowage flow of export container by using the above two methods. The actual loading result is the most efficient and reasonable, thus improving the production efficiency of container ships. Finally, an example is given to verify the optimization of the operation and the actual stowage flow of the export container, which proves whether the optimization method is feasible and effective.
