高速公路投資企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:The diversification of expressway investment subject brings opportunity and competition to the investment market of expressway which is short of funds. The increasing number and scale of expressway investment enterprises bring long-term challenges to all expressway investment enterprises from various aspects. Highway construction and investment and financing capacity, to promote the sustained and rapid coordinated development of China's highway, has a wide range of impact on the operation of the national economy.
Based on the theory of enterprise competitiveness and competitiveness evaluation, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the competitiveness of expressway investment enterprises. Evaluate the competitiveness of enterprises in this field.
This paper selects 31 listed companies that have invested in expressways, including 29 state-owned enterprises and 2 private enterprises, and collects relevant index data from the latest 2011 Annual report. The proportion of employees in the total workforce, net assets, return on net assets, financing rate, enterprise credibility, comprehensive quality index of senior managers, speed ratio, average education level of employees, liquidity ratio, and comprehensive score of enterprise competitiveness.
Finally, combined with the empirical results and the characteristics of expressway investment enterprises, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of expressway investment enterprises, such as the equality of market access, the rationalization of the relationship between government and enterprises, the diversification of financing channels, the active promotion of multi-level innovation in all aspects, and the mobilization of the enthusiasm of financial resources management. It is realizing the diversification of investment subjects, enriching the investment market of expressway, jointly promoting the development of Expressway construction, and serving the local and national economic development.
