【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快，國(guó)際貿(mào)易需求量也會(huì)大大增加，作為國(guó)際物流重要節(jié)點(diǎn)的港口物流服務(wù)的需求也大大增加，港口物流的服務(wù)效率在一定程度上關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生，更關(guān)系到港口企業(yè)本身的生存和發(fā)展。而合理的物流流程是港口物流高效率的保證，如何對(duì)物流流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化再造，提高物流效率，降低物流成本，，增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，是每個(gè)港口企業(yè)致力研究的問(wèn)題，也是本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 首先，簡(jiǎn)要分析了選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究方法及內(nèi)容，并描述了文章的結(jié)構(gòu)安排。同時(shí)闡述了物流流程、物流流程再造、港口企業(yè)物流流程再造及評(píng)價(jià)方法的相關(guān)理論，為后面的章節(jié)敘述提供相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次，就港口企業(yè)物流流程現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述及存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析，選取評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系對(duì)現(xiàn)有的物流流程進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，提出了運(yùn)用模糊網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)的結(jié)果的反饋，為港口物流流程再造提供依據(jù)。 再次，闡述了如何對(duì)港口企業(yè)物流流程進(jìn)行再造，主要從港口企業(yè)基本物流流程再造、具體物流流程再造、組織結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整三個(gè)方面探討如何再造，并提出了消除—簡(jiǎn)化—整合的物流流程再造方法，接著對(duì)再造效果進(jìn)行了定性評(píng)價(jià)。 最后，以秦皇島港為例，對(duì)港口企業(yè)物流流程再造的思路與方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析，以說(shuō)明其實(shí)用性和可操作性，并為秦皇島港口物流流程再造的實(shí)施提出有效的建議。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration, the demand for international trade will be greatly increased, and the demand for port logistics services, as an important node of international logistics, will also be greatly increased. To some extent, the service efficiency of port logistics is related to the national economy and people's livelihood, but also to the survival and development of port enterprises themselves. Reasonable logistics process is the guarantee of high efficiency of port logistics. How to optimize logistics process, improve logistics efficiency, reduce logistics cost and enhance market competitiveness is the problem that every port enterprise devotes to research. It is also the main content of this paper. Firstly, this paper briefly analyzes the background, significance, research status, research methods and contents, and describes the structure of the article. At the same time, the related theories of logistics process, logistics process reengineering, port enterprise logistics process reengineering and evaluation methods are expounded, which provide the relevant theoretical basis for the later chapters. Secondly, the paper describes the current situation of logistics flow in port enterprises and analyzes the existing problems, selects the evaluation index system to evaluate the existing logistics process, and proposes to use the fuzzy network analysis method to evaluate the existing logistics process. According to the feedback of the evaluation results, provide the basis for the port logistics process reengineering. Thirdly, it expounds how to reengineer the logistics process of the port enterprise, mainly from three aspects: the basic logistics process reengineering of the port enterprise, the specific logistics process reengineering, and the adjustment of the organization structure. The method of eliminating-simplifying-integrating logistics process reengineering is put forward, and the effect of reengineering is evaluated qualitatively. Finally, taking Qinhuangdao Port as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the ideas and methods of logistics process reengineering in port enterprises, in order to illustrate its practicability and maneuverability, and puts forward effective suggestions for the implementation of Qinhuangdao port logistics process reengineering.
