【摘要】：當(dāng)前，交通問題對(duì)我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程已形成嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)，而盲目增加交通設(shè)施供給又受到空間資源和資金的制約，在這種情況下合理規(guī)劃城市公共交通設(shè)施布局以提高其利用效率具有重要意義。 本文針對(duì)現(xiàn)行城市公共交通設(shè)施布局存在的問題，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析、定性與定量相結(jié)合等研究方法，首先闡述了城市公共交通設(shè)施布局研究的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，對(duì)城市公共交通設(shè)施在城市系統(tǒng)中的功能進(jìn)行定位，，指出了影響我國(guó)城市公共交通設(shè)施布局的因素。再次，通過一套指標(biāo)體系分析我國(guó)城市公共交通設(shè)施布局與利用效率現(xiàn)狀，理清問題之所在，并對(duì)其原因進(jìn)行探析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文對(duì)城市公共交通設(shè)施布局規(guī)劃的原則和思路進(jìn)行了闡述，提出了優(yōu)化我國(guó)城市公共交通設(shè)施宏觀布局結(jié)構(gòu)的路徑，并從微觀層面提出提高城市公共交通設(shè)施利用效率的對(duì)策；然后從制度層面著手，構(gòu)建了一整套包括機(jī)制、政策、融資渠道、新技術(shù)在內(nèi)的保障體系。最后，本文結(jié)合天津市公共交通設(shè)施布局與利用的現(xiàn)狀，根據(jù)城市空間發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略對(duì)公共交通設(shè)施系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃提出建議。 論文對(duì)公共交通設(shè)施布局存在的問題與治理的對(duì)策進(jìn)行了分析研究，保證了城市公共空間體系的統(tǒng)一。這對(duì)于提升我國(guó)城市形象，塑造優(yōu)良的環(huán)境品質(zhì)都起著重要的作用。同時(shí)，文章還從制度層面上設(shè)計(jì)了公共交通設(shè)施布局規(guī)劃與高效利用的保障體系，有利于保證交通設(shè)施規(guī)劃的有效實(shí)施，以解決目前的城市交通問題，提高交通設(shè)施的利用率。
[Abstract]:At present, traffic problems have posed a severe challenge to the process of urbanization in China, and blindly increasing the supply of transport facilities is restricted by space resources and funds. In this case, it is of great significance to plan the layout of urban public transport facilities reasonably in order to improve its utilization efficiency. In view of the existing problems in the layout of urban public transport facilities, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and expounds the relevant theoretical basis of urban public transport facilities layout research. Secondly, the function of urban public transport facilities in urban system is positioned, and the factors that affect the layout of urban public transport facilities in China are pointed out. Thirdly, through a set of index system to analyze the present situation of urban public transport facilities layout and utilization efficiency, to clear up the problem, and to analyze the reasons. On this basis, this paper expounds the principles and ideas of the layout planning of urban public transport facilities, and puts forward the path to optimize the macro-layout structure of urban public transport facilities in China. At the microcosmic level, the author puts forward the countermeasures to improve the utilization efficiency of urban public transport facilities, and then sets up a whole set of security systems including mechanism, policy, financing channel and new technology from the system level. Finally, according to the present situation of the layout and utilization of public transport facilities in Tianjin, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the planning of public transport facilities system according to the urban spatial development strategy. This paper analyzes and studies the problems existing in the layout of public transport facilities and the countermeasures of management, which ensures the unity of urban public space system. This plays an important role in improving the image of our city and shaping the good environmental quality. At the same time, the paper also designs the public transport facilities layout planning and efficient utilization security system from the system level, which is helpful to ensure the effective implementation of the traffic facilities planning, to solve the current urban traffic problems, and to improve the utilization rate of traffic facilities.
