青島董家口港發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:The competitive environment of an enterprise is changing rapidly. Strategic management is a dynamic management process in which the external environment and internal resources of the enterprise are studied, the strategic objectives of the enterprise are set, the planning is carried out to ensure the correct implementation and Realization of the objectives, the implementation of such plans and decisions and the control in the implementation process.
The research content of this paper is the strategic development plan of Qingdao Dongjiakou Port, which is invested by Qingdao Port Investment Construction (Group) Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the development of construction and operation projects. Located in the south of Jiaonan City, Qingdao, it is one of the largest deepwater ports approved by the state in recent years. Naturally, the port enjoys unique geographical advantages as transportation. With the approval and implementation of the "Lise Economic Zone Planning of Shandong Peninsula", the development and construction of Dongjiakou Port in Qingdao has been incorporated into the key development planning of Qingdao City. While the port is developing rapidly, the internal and external risk rings it is facing are becoming more and more important. The environment is becoming more and more complicated. At this stage, the strategic development plan of the port has certain practical significance.
Firstly, this paper systematically discusses the theory of enterprise strategic management, briefly introduces the basic theory of port development and the latest achievements; secondly, it comprehensively introduces the general situation of Dongjiakou Port, analyzes its economic hinterland and transportation demand, and compares it with the surrounding ports such as Dalian Port, Tianjin Port, Rizhao Port and Lianyungang. The comprehensive competition situation of Dongjiakou Port is concluded. Combining with the internal and external competition situation of the port and the relevant policies and policies applicable to the port development, such as the Blue Economic Zone Planning of Shandong Peninsula, Qingdao's strategy of "protecting the Bay and supporting the Bay development", the relationship between the port strategic development environment is made by means of PEST, Porter's Five Forces, SWOT and other strategic analysis tools. Finally, according to the above analysis, in view of Dongjiakou Port's resources survey, competitive environment, internal and external opportunities and threats, taking Qingdao as an opportunity to build Northeast Asia International Shipping Center, this paper puts forward Dongjiakou Port's development strategic plan and a number of safeguard measures, that is, to build Dongjiakou Port into a world-famous energy storage and transportation hub and bulk cargo transfer center. The world's advanced port-vicinity industries and high-tech marine industries will promote the development of Qingdao's port economy, give full play to the leading role of port economy, promote the coordinated development of Qingdao's port economy and urban economy.
