【摘要】：浙江省是中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)大省、強(qiáng)省,在過(guò)去的十幾年里經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)。相對(duì)其他很多省份,其省內(nèi)交通設(shè)施建設(shè)也相對(duì)完善。預(yù)期未來(lái)一段時(shí)期,浙江將配合國(guó)家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略,繼續(xù)完善省內(nèi)公路交通設(shè)施建設(shè),進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)其高速路網(wǎng)的智能化、全面化發(fā)展。作為浙江省高速公路建設(shè)的排頭兵,浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)將迎來(lái)又一個(gè)重要的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展機(jī)遇期。目前,浙江省內(nèi)交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)比較發(fā)達(dá),浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)也面臨著新建高速公路趨于飽和,鐵路航空等替代性交通工具替代性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈等帶來(lái)的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。在當(dāng)前的運(yùn)營(yíng)環(huán)境下,在機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)中,浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)應(yīng)采取怎樣的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以更好的把握歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇,盡快做大做強(qiáng),確保國(guó)有資產(chǎn)保值增值和企業(yè)未來(lái)的可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,既有理論意義,也有較重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值�；谄髽I(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論,本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)研究做了系統(tǒng)梳理,然后對(duì)浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)所處的時(shí)代背景、內(nèi)外部發(fā)展環(huán)境等進(jìn)行了比較詳盡、客觀地探討分析。進(jìn)而,運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣分析方法,對(duì)浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)等進(jìn)行了周密論證。最后,提出了浙江省交通投資集團(tuán)應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持走快速增長(zhǎng)和多元化相結(jié)合的發(fā)展道路等戰(zhàn)略對(duì)策,并從組織、資金和人才等多個(gè)方面提出組織保障措施。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang Province is China's economic province, strong in the past decade of economic development by leaps and bounds. Compared with many other provinces, its transport facilities are also relatively perfect. It is expected that Zhejiang will continue to improve the construction of highway transportation facilities in the province in line with the national strategy of "Belt and Road" for a period of time to further advance the intellectualization and comprehensive development of its highway network. As the vanguard of highway construction in Zhejiang Province, Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group will usher in another important strategic development opportunity period. At present, the transportation network in Zhejiang province is relatively developed, and the transportation investment group of Zhejiang Province is facing the severe challenges brought by the saturation of new expressway and the increasingly fierce competition of alternative means of transportation such as railway and aviation. In the current operating environment, in the opportunities and challenges, Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group should take what kind of development strategy, in order to better grasp the historical development opportunities, as soon as possible to become bigger and stronger, To ensure the value of state-owned assets and the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises in the future is of both theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the theory of enterprise strategic management, this paper firstly systematically combs the related research of strategic management at home and abroad, and then makes a more detailed study on the background of the times, the internal and external development environment of Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group, etc. Discuss and analyze objectively. Then, by using the SWOT matrix analysis method, the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Zhejiang Traffic Investment Group are thoroughly demonstrated. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures such as the combination of rapid growth and diversification, and puts forward the organizational guarantee measures from the aspects of organization, funds and talents.
