【摘要】：國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)高速發(fā)展,城市化水平的迅速提高,機(jī)動(dòng)車保有量的迅猛增長(zhǎng),導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)城市道路交通需求的迅速增長(zhǎng),加之我國(guó)道路交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的缺乏,使得交通運(yùn)輸供需不平衡的矛盾日益尖銳。目前,我國(guó)大中城市道路嚴(yán)重堵塞,已經(jīng)影響了城市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的正常發(fā)展。城市交通擁堵問題及其對(duì)策研究是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究熱點(diǎn)課題之一。 本文以大連市為案例,基于國(guó)內(nèi)外交通管理相關(guān)理論,并結(jié)合大連市實(shí)際交通現(xiàn)狀、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及人文特點(diǎn),對(duì)大連市交通擁擠問題進(jìn)行了成因分析,最后通過多方調(diào)研,從提高政府重視程度、加強(qiáng)交通執(zhí)法力度、加快交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等方面,提出解決大連市交通擁擠問題的各種對(duì)策建議。 本文由五部分組成。第一章,在緒論中,闡述論文的研究背景,研究意義,現(xiàn)在國(guó)內(nèi)外研究的概況,介紹交通擁擠界定及相關(guān)屬性,以及論文的研究方法與研究?jī)?nèi)容。第二章,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外解決城市交通擁擠的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),以及對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行總結(jié),為第四章對(duì)大連市城市交通擁擠問題進(jìn)行對(duì)策研究分析提供借鑒。第三章,提出大連市城市交通擁擠問題和問題的成因分析。從大連市城市地理特征及城市交通現(xiàn)狀方面入手,細(xì)致分析大連市實(shí)際交通現(xiàn)狀和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及人文特點(diǎn),給出大連市交通擁擠問題的成因分析。第四章,通過多方調(diào)研提出解決大連市交通擁擠問題的解決對(duì)策研究分析結(jié)果。首先提出解決大連市交通堵塞問題的基本解決方法；其次根據(jù)第二章國(guó)內(nèi)外解決城市交通擁擠的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和第三章對(duì)大連市城市交通擁擠問題的分析,針對(duì)導(dǎo)致交通擁擠的不同原因給出對(duì)策建議。最后是結(jié)論與展望,闡述論文主要研究結(jié)論、論文尚不完善之處以及有待進(jìn)一步探索研究的問題。
[Abstract]:The sustained and high-speed development of the national economy, the rapid improvement of urbanization level and the rapid growth of vehicle ownership have led to the rapid growth of urban road traffic demand in China. In addition, the lack of road traffic infrastructure in China has made the contradiction of unbalanced supply and demand of transportation increasingly acute. Urban traffic congestion and its countermeasures are one of the hotspots of research at home and abroad.
Taking Dalian as a case, this paper analyzes the causes of traffic congestion in Dalian based on the relevant theories of traffic management at home and abroad, combined with the actual traffic situation, socio-economic and cultural characteristics of Dalian, and finally through multi-faceted investigation, from the perspective of enhancing the government's attention, strengthening traffic law enforcement and speeding up the construction of traffic infrastructure. On the other hand, it puts forward various countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of traffic congestion in Dalian.
The first chapter, in the introduction, elaborates the research background and significance of the paper, the current research situation at home and abroad, introduces the definition of traffic congestion and related attributes, as well as the research methods and content of the paper. The second chapter introduces the successful experience of solving urban traffic congestion at home and abroad, and the practical experience at home and abroad. Chapter 3 puts forward the cause analysis of urban traffic congestion in Dalian. Starting from the urban geographical characteristics and urban traffic status of Dalian, this paper analyzes the actual traffic situation, social economy and people in Dalian. In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward the solutions to the traffic congestion problem in Dalian through multi-party investigation and analysis. First, the basic solutions to the traffic congestion problem in Dalian are put forward. Second, according to the successful experience of the second chapter at home and abroad to solve the traffic congestion problem in Dalian. Chapter 3 and Chapter 3 are the analysis of urban traffic congestion in Dalian, and the countermeasures and suggestions are given for different causes of traffic congestion.
