【摘要】：交通擁堵嚴(yán)重影響城市健康發(fā)展,從個(gè)體感知視角分析其成因,能夠?yàn)榻煌ň?xì)化治理提供決策依據(jù)�；凇�2016年天津市交通與住房調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,剖析影響不同群體出行個(gè)體感知的因素。結(jié)果表明,出行者對(duì)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善造成的擁堵更為敏感,其次是公共交通發(fā)展滯后、交通安全意識(shí)薄弱及偶發(fā)性事件,而移動(dòng)互聯(lián)因素會(huì)緩解擁堵感受;不同人群關(guān)注的擁堵成因與交通需求有關(guān),道路資源分配問(wèn)題凸顯。因此,提出加強(qiáng)交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施精細(xì)化管理、優(yōu)化公共交通客流組織模式、推進(jìn)交通文明建設(shè)、合理配置道路資源等對(duì)策,緩解城市交通擁堵。
[Abstract]:Traffic congestion seriously affects the healthy development of the city. Analyzing the causes of traffic congestion from the perspective of individual perception can provide the decision basis for the fine management of traffic. Based on the data of Tianjin Traffic and Housing Survey in 2016, a structural equation model was built to analyze the factors that affect the perception of different groups of individuals. The results show that travelers are more sensitive to traffic congestion caused by imperfect transportation infrastructure, followed by the lagging development of public transport, weak awareness of traffic safety and accidental events, while mobile interconnection factors will alleviate the feeling of congestion. Different people pay attention to the causes of congestion and traffic demand, road resource allocation problem highlights. Therefore, some countermeasures such as strengthening the fine management of traffic infrastructure, optimizing the organization mode of public transport passenger flow, promoting the construction of traffic civilization and rationally allocating road resources are put forward to alleviate urban traffic congestion.
