個體感知視角下城市交通擁堵成因及其群體差異研究——以天津市為例

【摘要】:交通擁堵嚴重影響城市健康發(fā)展,從個體感知視角分析其成因,能夠為交通精細化治理提供決策依據(jù);凇2016年天津市交通與住房調(diào)查問卷》數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,剖析影響不同群體出行個體感知的因素。結(jié)果表明,出行者對交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善造成的擁堵更為敏感,其次是公共交通發(fā)展滯后、交通安全意識薄弱及偶發(fā)性事件,而移動互聯(lián)因素會緩解擁堵感受;不同人群關(guān)注的擁堵成因與交通需求有關(guān),道路資源分配問題凸顯。因此,提出加強交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施精細化管理、優(yōu)化公共交通客流組織模式、推進交通文明建設(shè)、合理配置道路資源等對策,緩解城市交通擁堵。
[Abstract]:Traffic congestion seriously affects the healthy development of the city. Analyzing the causes of traffic congestion from the perspective of individual perception can provide the decision basis for the fine management of traffic. Based on the data of Tianjin Traffic and Housing Survey in 2016, a structural equation model was built to analyze the factors that affect the perception of different groups of individuals. The results show that travelers are more sensitive to traffic congestion caused by imperfect transportation infrastructure, followed by the lagging development of public transport, weak awareness of traffic safety and accidental events, while mobile interconnection factors will alleviate the feeling of congestion. Different people pay attention to the causes of congestion and traffic demand, road resource allocation problem highlights. Therefore, some countermeasures such as strengthening the fine management of traffic infrastructure, optimizing the organization mode of public transport passenger flow, promoting the construction of traffic civilization and rationally allocating road resources are put forward to alleviate urban traffic congestion.
