【摘要】：正1引言青藏線是中國(guó)內(nèi)地通往西藏的唯一鐵路干線,是我國(guó)西部地區(qū)鐵路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的重要組成部分。該線的建成對(duì)我國(guó)開發(fā)西部資源,發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)具有重要的作用。青藏線的唐拉段,從唐古拉到拉薩,全長(zhǎng)539公里。由于其自然環(huán)境和交通運(yùn)輸?shù)臈l件,其貨運(yùn)環(huán)境較為特殊,貨物運(yùn)輸受季節(jié)的波動(dòng)性影響,難以實(shí)現(xiàn)物流運(yùn)輸?shù)臅惩ê拓涍\(yùn)的安全保障。本文通過研究唐拉段的貨運(yùn)環(huán)境和貨物運(yùn)輸特點(diǎn),指出影響貨運(yùn)安全的因素,提出以規(guī)劃貨運(yùn)時(shí)間分布為主的對(duì)策,建立物流安全保障體系。
[Abstract]:The Qinghai-Tibet Line is the only railway trunk line from the mainland of China to Tibet and is an important part of the railway network in the western part of China. The construction of this line plays an important role in the development of western resources and economy. The Tangla section of the Qinghai-Tibet Line, 539 km long, from Tanggula to Lhasa. Because of its natural environment and transportation conditions, its freight transportation environment is relatively special, the cargo transportation is affected by the fluctuation of the season, it is difficult to realize the smooth flow of logistics transportation and the safety guarantee of freight transportation. Based on the study of freight environment and freight transport characteristics of Tangla section, this paper points out the factors that affect freight transportation safety, puts forward countermeasures to plan freight time distribution, and establishes logistics safety guarantee system.
