杭州空港經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究
[Abstract]:Airport economy is regarded as the "new power" and "growth pole" of regional economic development. Many countries and regions all over the world attach great importance to the development of airport economy, and many typical airport economic zones and aviation cities emerge. With the increasing volume of air passenger and cargo transportation and the continuous expansion of airport facilities, airports in major cities in China have set off an upsurge in the economic development of air ports. Among them, the capital city, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other large-scale airport economic zone has a certain scale. At present, Zhejiang and Hangzhou are in the key stage of economic transformation and upgrading and industrial structure adjustment and optimization. It is of great practical significance to develop airport economy, promote industrial transformation and upgrade, and accelerate regional economic and social development. With the aid of the basic analysis tools of strategic management theory, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the development law of the airport economy, and takes Hangzhou Airport Economic Zone as an example to study the function orientation of the Airport Economic Zone in Hangzhou, which is based on the research method of combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis and with the aid of the basic analysis tools of strategic management theory. Development objectives, spatial layout and industry selection, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly, the basic concepts of airport economy and airport economic zone are defined, and the basic characteristics of each stage of economic evolution of airport are analyzed. Combined with the existing research at home and abroad, this paper discusses the specific spatial manifestation of the airport economy and the industrial layout of each spatial level, and puts forward three development modes: hub orientation, industrial drive and resource orientation. At the same time, the paper analyzes the relationship among airport, airport economy and regional economy, and points out that the formation and development of airport economy is the result of the interaction and common development between airport and regional economy. Secondly, it briefly discusses the development of the typical airport economic zone abroad, and summarizes its characteristics and successful experiences. Summarizing and reviewing the development history of the domestic airport economic zone, briefly introducing the development and construction of the Shunyi, Shanghai Hongqiao and Guangzhou airport economic zones, summarizing the characteristics of the development, and pointing out that the industrial foundation is weak and the infrastructure is backward, The lack of policy guidance is the main problem that restricts the economic development of domestic airport at this stage. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the background and present situation of Hangzhou's planning and construction of airport economic zone, focuses on the internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of Hangzhou's development of airport economy, and concludes that it is necessary to pay attention to the development of key industries and implement staggered competition. Establish a coordination mechanism with the government, and promote regional preferential policies and other initiatives. Finally, an empirical study on the development of Hangzhou Airport Economic Zone is carried out to analyze the functional orientation, strategic objectives, industry selection and strategic measures of Hangzhou Airport Economic Zone. It is proposed that the Hangzhou Airport Economic Zone should focus on the development of four industries, namely, aviation logistics industry, modern service industry, high and new technology industry and light air-front manufacturing industry, and put forward the establishment of a convenient and comprehensive transportation network to strengthen the leading and promoting role of the government. Implement active fiscal policy, attach importance to cooperation with the airport, and cultivate five basic strategies of regional R & D institutions and human capital.
