【摘要】：港口物流發(fā)展與整個經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展是一體化的,由于航運市場的不景氣,最終會輻射到港口。目前我國港口企業(yè)發(fā)展增長幅度已經(jīng)在下降。從增長來看沒有像航運這么大的危機,但是畢竟增幅下降。作為我國第一批沿海開放城市,連云港集地理、區(qū)位、政策、技術(shù)等優(yōu)勢于一身,但其發(fā)展速度卻是相對緩慢的,如何更好發(fā)展港口物流,這是一個令人深思的問題。 本文從連云港自身經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的狀況、區(qū)位特點等方面著手分析連云港港口發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及制約其發(fā)展的主要因素,借鑒國內(nèi)外先進港口成功經(jīng)驗,從而提出加快連云港港口物流發(fā)展中所采取的規(guī)劃措施和需要改善的方法及解決的問題。本文通過系統(tǒng)分析目前連云港港口情況、港口腹地、軟硬件環(huán)境與現(xiàn)代港口物流業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢比較,借鑒世界發(fā)達港口經(jīng)驗,對周邊港口發(fā)展情況研究,從戰(zhàn)略的高度,提出了《連云港港口物流現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展》。本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)現(xiàn)代港口物流的發(fā)展情況、港口發(fā)展物流的優(yōu)勢、港口物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃與方法,然后對連云港港口物流的發(fā)展模式提出規(guī)劃,同時總結(jié)并借鑒國外先進物流大港的成功經(jīng)驗,對連云港發(fā)展港口物流進行SWOT分析,最后提出了連云港港口物流發(fā)展規(guī)劃。即實現(xiàn)港城,港航,港腹一體化,加強服務(wù)、品牌并保護環(huán)境的戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:The development of port logistics is integrated with the development of the whole economy. Because of the recession of shipping market, it will eventually radiate to the port. At present, the growth rate of port enterprises in China has been declining. There is no crisis as big as shipping in terms of growth, but growth has fallen after all. As the first open coastal cities in China, Lianyungang has the advantages of geography, location, policy and technology, but its development speed is relatively slow. How to develop port logistics better is a thought-provoking problem. This paper analyzes the present situation of Lianyungang port development and the main factors restricting its development from the aspects of its own economic development and location characteristics, and draws lessons from the successful experience of advanced ports at home and abroad. The planning measures, methods and problems to be solved in accelerating the development of port logistics in Lianyungang are put forward. Through the systematic analysis of the present situation of Lianyungang port, the hinterland of port, the environment of hardware and software and the development trend of modern port logistics industry, this paper draws lessons from the experience of developed ports in the world, studies the development situation of the surrounding ports, and studies the development situation of the surrounding ports from the strategic height. The present situation and development of port logistics in Lianyungang are put forward. This paper first introduces the development of domestic modern port logistics, the advantages of port logistics development, port logistics development planning and methods, and then puts forward the development model of Lianyungang port logistics. At the same time, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the successful experience of foreign advanced port logistics, carries on SWOT analysis to the development of port logistics in Lianyungang, and finally puts forward the development plan of port logistics in Lianyungang. The strategy is to realize the integration of port, port and port, strengthen service, brand and protect environment.
