【摘要】：伴隨經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，航空貨運(yùn)已成為現(xiàn)代物流的重要組成部分，以航空貨運(yùn)為主要支撐的空港物流也已進(jìn)入到一個飛速發(fā)展的階段，各類企業(yè)對于航空貨運(yùn)的需求日益增加�？崭畚锪鳟a(chǎn)業(yè)正逐漸成為機(jī)場所在地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新的增長點(diǎn)，同時空港物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展在推動城市發(fā)展航空貨運(yùn)方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 根據(jù)國務(wù)院頒布的推進(jìn)上�！皟蓚�中心”建設(shè)的意見，將上海航空樞紐建設(shè)納入國際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)體系，明確了2020年基本建成“國際航空樞紐”的目標(biāo)。上海航空樞紐建設(shè)是中國民航強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分，，也是上海國際航運(yùn)中心建設(shè)的重要組成部分。2010年6月，國家發(fā)改委印發(fā)的《長江三角洲地區(qū)區(qū)域規(guī)劃》要求上海航空樞紐建設(shè)，要以擴(kuò)大空港設(shè)施能力為重點(diǎn)，優(yōu)化航空運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)為主線，提高國際競爭力為目標(biāo)，加強(qiáng)設(shè)施建設(shè)，提高中轉(zhuǎn)能力，發(fā)展為國際航空網(wǎng)絡(luò)的主要樞紐之一。根據(jù)“十二五”上海民航的發(fā)展目標(biāo)，浦東機(jī)場將建設(shè)成為具有較強(qiáng)競爭力的國際樞紐、亞太地區(qū)的核心樞紐和全球排名第一的國際航空貨運(yùn)樞紐，這對浦東機(jī)場的貨運(yùn)樞紐建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。 作為浦東機(jī)場國際航空貨運(yùn)樞紐建設(shè)的重要抓手，加快上海浦東空港物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展建設(shè)刻不容緩，如何研究制定上海浦東空港物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，實(shí)現(xiàn)貨物運(yùn)作效率和質(zhì)量的提高和完善，增強(qiáng)上�？崭鄣奈锪鬏椛淠芰蛧H貨源的聚集能力，是浦東機(jī)場提升綜合競爭力，加快國際航空貨運(yùn)樞紐機(jī)場的建設(shè)步伐，早日實(shí)現(xiàn)“十二五”上海民航發(fā)展目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵所在。 本文在學(xué)習(xí)借鑒國內(nèi)外空港物流園區(qū)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及對當(dāng)前上海浦東空港物流園區(qū)現(xiàn)狀的理性思考的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)核心競爭力、多元化戰(zhàn)略等理論知識，使用SWOT分析法結(jié)合PEST分析法、波特五力模型等戰(zhàn)略研究方法，全面分析了上�？崭畚锪鲌@區(qū)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，機(jī)會和威脅等，找到戰(zhàn)略對策研究的切入點(diǎn)，提出一體化功能整合、高效化產(chǎn)業(yè)競合、個性化客戶服務(wù)等戰(zhàn)略，并從理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的層面提出具體實(shí)施舉措，進(jìn)一步理清上海浦東空港物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展思路，幫助空港物流園區(qū)更好更快地發(fā)展，早日實(shí)現(xiàn)全球排名第一的國際航空貨運(yùn)樞紐的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the rapid development of modern logistics industry, air freight has become an important part of modern logistics. Air cargo logistics, which is mainly supported by air cargo, has entered a stage of rapid development. All kinds of enterprises for air cargo demand is increasing. The airport logistics industry is gradually becoming a new growth point of economic development in the region where the airport is located. At the same time, the development of the airport logistics park plays an important role in promoting the urban development of air cargo. According to the opinions issued by the State Council to promote the construction of "two centers" in Shanghai, the construction of Shanghai aviation hub is brought into the construction system of international shipping center, and the goal of building "international aviation hub" by 2020 is clarified. The construction of Shanghai aviation hub is an important part of the strategy of China's civil aviation powerhouse and an important part of the construction of Shanghai's international shipping center. The "Regional Plan for the Yangtze River Delta region" issued by the State Development and Reform Commission requires the construction of Shanghai's aviation hub to focus on expanding the capacity of air port facilities, optimizing the air transport network as the main line, and enhancing international competitiveness, so as to strengthen facilities construction. Improve transit capacity and develop into one of the main hubs of the international aviation network. According to the development goal of Shanghai civil aviation in the 12th Five-Year Plan, Pudong Airport will be built into an international hub with strong competitiveness, a core hub in the Asia-Pacific region and a top international air cargo hub in the world. This to Pudong Airport cargo hub construction put forward higher requirements. As an important hand in the construction of international air cargo hub at Pudong Airport, it is urgent to speed up the development and construction of Shanghai Pudong Airport Logistics Park. How to study and formulate the development strategy of Shanghai Pudong Airport Logistics Park, To improve and improve the efficiency and quality of cargo operation, to enhance the radiation capacity of logistics and the gathering capacity of international cargo sources at Shanghai Airport is to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of Pudong Airport and speed up the pace of construction of international air cargo hub airport. The key to realizing the development goal of Shanghai civil aviation in the 12 th five-year plan at an early date. On the basis of studying the development experience of the airport logistics park at home and abroad and the rational thinking about the present situation of the Shanghai Pudong airport logistics park, this paper applies the theory knowledge of strategic management, enterprise core competitiveness, diversification strategy, etc. By using SWOT analysis method, PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, this paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of Shanghai Airport Logistics Park, and finds out the breakthrough point of strategic countermeasure research. Put forward integrated function integration, high-efficiency industrial competition, personalized customer service strategy, and put forward specific implementation measures from the theoretical and practical level, further clarify the development ideas of Shanghai Pudong Airport Logistics Park. To help the airport logistics park develop better and faster, and realize the development goal of international air cargo hub ranked first in the world as soon as possible.
