高速鐵路對中國城市產(chǎn)業(yè)市場潛力的影響研究

【摘要】:交通作為城市發(fā)展的重要作用力,對城市經(jīng)濟(jì)及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起到推動(dòng)作用。為了探討高鐵對我國城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,本文修正了市場潛力模型并識(shí)別出可能利用高鐵的產(chǎn)業(yè),計(jì)算2012年基于普鐵及基于高鐵城市各產(chǎn)業(yè)市場潛力及變化值,分析高鐵對城市產(chǎn)業(yè)市場潛力的規(guī)模及空間影響特征。得到:1)高鐵對制造業(yè)的市場潛力規(guī)模影響最大,其次分別為批發(fā)零售業(yè)、交通郵政業(yè)、租賃商服業(yè)、信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)、科研服務(wù)業(yè)、住宿餐飲業(yè),對金融業(yè)市場潛力影響最小;2)城市規(guī)模越大,高鐵對其產(chǎn)業(yè)市場潛力的影響越大;3)高鐵使得制造業(yè)、交通郵政業(yè)、批發(fā)零售業(yè)、信息技術(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)、住宿餐飲業(yè)、租賃商服業(yè)和科研服務(wù)業(yè)的空間分布更加極化,使金融業(yè)的空間分布更加均衡。高鐵對城市不同產(chǎn)業(yè)的空間集聚分布影響呈現(xiàn)"多中心廊道"結(jié)構(gòu),長三角、珠三角、海西沿線、京津沿線成為各產(chǎn)業(yè)主要的集聚分布地區(qū)。
[Abstract]:Transportation, as an important force of urban development, plays an important role in promoting urban economic and industrial development. In order to explore the impact of high-speed rail on China's urban industrial structure, this paper revises the market potential model and identifies the industries that may utilize high-speed rail, and calculates the market potential and change value of the industries based on General Iron and high-speed rail in 2012. The results show that: (1) High-speed rail has the greatest impact on the market potential of the manufacturing industry, followed by wholesale and retail, transportation and postal, leasing business services, information technology services, scientific research services, accommodation and catering, which has the smallest impact on the market potential of the financial industry; The larger the model, the greater the impact of high-speed rail on its industrial market potential; 3) High-speed rail makes the spatial distribution of manufacturing, transportation and postal, wholesale and retail, information technology services, accommodation and catering, rental business services and research services more polarized, making the spatial distribution of the financial industry more balanced. The impact shows a "multi-center corridor" structure, along the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, Hercynian, Beijing and Tianjin become the main industrial agglomeration and distribution areas.
