【摘要】：世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展導(dǎo)致了進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的日趨繁榮,這給貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間和千載難逢的發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī)。然而中國(guó)貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè),特別是那些中小型的貨代企業(yè)卻要經(jīng)歷嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn),究其原因就是國(guó)外大型貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)的加入和國(guó)內(nèi)代理企業(yè)數(shù)量的快速增加,現(xiàn)實(shí)的殘酷給這些中小型貨代企業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來嚴(yán)重考驗(yàn)和企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司成立于2003年初,是天津港埠四公司下屬的多元化代理企業(yè),公司注冊(cè)資金50萬(wàn)元,擁有580萬(wàn)元的固定資產(chǎn),在冊(cè)職工19人,主要從事金屬礦石及鋼材的進(jìn)出口代理業(yè)務(wù)。與眾多的中小型貨代一樣,天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司具有少、小、弱的特點(diǎn)。在成立的最初幾年,由于市場(chǎng)形式好,發(fā)展還算可以,但自從2008年美國(guó)的金融海嘯席卷了整個(gè)世界后,再加上人民幣升值等因素,代理量出現(xiàn)了下滑,穩(wěn)定的客戶也相繼消失,公司生產(chǎn)出現(xiàn)了危機(jī)。面對(duì)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)和惡劣的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司必須采取相應(yīng)的提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的措施才能改變目前的這種經(jīng)營(yíng)狀態(tài),但是究竟采取哪些措施,是天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司所要深入思考的問題。 本文首先結(jié)合內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,用SWOT分析法,得出企業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)以及可利用的機(jī)會(huì)和要規(guī)避的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；然后結(jié)合我國(guó)貨代業(yè)的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了一套企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力綜合指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用AHP分析法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),最后找出提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策。這不僅對(duì)天津RG貨運(yùn)代理公司的生存和發(fā)展具有重要意義,對(duì)于天津港下屬的多元化貨代公司及其他中小型貨運(yùn)代理公司的發(fā)展也具有十分重要的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of the world economy has led to the increasing prosperity of import and export trade, which has provided freight forwarding enterprises with a vast space for development and a golden opportunity for development. With the rapid increase of the number of domestic agent enterprises, the cruelty of reality has brought serious test and competition to the development of these small and medium-sized forwarding enterprises.
Tianjin RG Freight Forwarder Company was founded in early 2003. It is a diversified agent enterprise affiliated to Tianjin Port Four Company. The company has a registered capital of 500,000 yuan, a fixed asset of 5.8 million yuan, and 19 registered employees, mainly engaged in the import and export of metal ore and steel products. Like many small and medium-sized freight forwarders, Tianjin RG Freight Forwarder Company has tools. In the first few years of its founding, the market was in good shape and the development was all right. But since the financial tsunami swept the whole world in 2008, coupled with the appreciation of the RMB and other factors, agency volume has declined, stable customers have disappeared, and the company's production has been in crisis in the face of fierce competition and evil. Under the bad economic situation, Tianjin RG freight forwarding company must take corresponding measures to improve its competitiveness in order to change the current state of operation, but what measures should be taken is the question that Tianjin RG freight forwarding company should think deeply.
Firstly, combining with the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper uses SWOT analysis method to get the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises, the available opportunities and the risks to be avoided; then, combining with the characteristics of China's freight forwarding industry, it constructs a comprehensive index system of enterprise core competitiveness, uses AHP analysis method to determine the index weight, and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to Tianjin RG. It is of great significance not only for the survival and development of Tianjin RG freight forwarding company, but also for the development of Tianjin Port's diversified freight forwarding company and other small and medium-sized freight forwarding companies.
