【摘要】：伴隨著我國城鄉(xiāng)一體化的發(fā)展，城市人口密度的增加，城市市場需求激增，成為物品流動的重要集散地，城市物流配送得以迅猛發(fā)展。重慶由于優(yōu)越的地理?xiàng)l件及市場環(huán)境方面的優(yōu)勢，城市物流配送市場需求也日益增長。隨著需求市場的不斷擴(kuò)大，對城市物流配送也提出了更高要求。從事物流配送的企業(yè)，如何在滿足日益增長的城市物流需求的同時(shí)，減少城市交通堵塞，減輕城市環(huán)境污染成為了值得關(guān)注的問題。 從國外的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看，科學(xué)的、快捷的城市物流配送體系可有效提高城市經(jīng)濟(jì)和物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。作為重慶市的龍頭物流企業(yè)，交運(yùn)集團(tuán)構(gòu)建完善的城市物流配送體系可以減少企業(yè)運(yùn)營費(fèi)用、提升企業(yè)的物流配送質(zhì)量，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)市場競爭力。對于整個(gè)重慶市實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、科學(xué)的城市物流配送的運(yùn)營、發(fā)揮城市物流的社會效益，亦起著十分重要作用。 本文結(jié)合交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送狀況，對交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送體系構(gòu)建進(jìn)行研究。首先，根據(jù)交運(yùn)集團(tuán)物流發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況，結(jié)合重慶物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送體系進(jìn)行界定，分析交運(yùn)集團(tuán)物流配送體系現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題；其次，運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法，，借鑒國內(nèi)外城市物流配送成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，確定交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送體系發(fā)展方向，明確建設(shè)目標(biāo)；再次，圍繞交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送體系核心提出重點(diǎn)建設(shè)內(nèi)容；最后，總結(jié)了保障交運(yùn)集團(tuán)城市物流配送體系的順利建設(shè)的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban-rural integration, the increase of urban population density, the rapid increase of urban market demand, become an important distribution center for the flow of goods, urban logistics distribution has been rapid development. Because of the superior geographical condition and the advantage of market environment, the demand of city logistics distribution market is increasing day by day. With the continuous expansion of the demand market, the urban logistics distribution has put forward higher requirements. How to meet the increasing demand of urban logistics, reduce the traffic jam and reduce the pollution of the urban environment has become a problem worthy of attention for the enterprises engaged in logistics and distribution. From the development experience of foreign countries, scientific and fast urban logistics distribution system can effectively improve the development of urban economy and logistics industry. As the leading logistics enterprise in Chongqing, the transportation group can reduce the operating expenses, improve the quality of logistics distribution and enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises by constructing a perfect urban logistics distribution system. It also plays an important role in realizing the efficient and scientific operation of urban logistics distribution and giving play to the social benefits of urban logistics. This paper studies the construction of the urban logistics distribution system of the Transportation Group combined with the distribution situation of the city logistics of the Transportation Group. First of all, according to the actual situation of the logistics development of the transportation group, combined with the current situation of logistics development in Chongqing, the logistics distribution system of the transportation group is defined, and the present situation and problems of the logistics distribution system of the transportation group are analyzed. Using SWOT analysis method, draw lessons from the successful experience of urban logistics distribution at home and abroad, determine the development direction of urban logistics distribution system of Transportation Group, clear the construction goals; third, This paper puts forward the key construction contents around the core of the urban logistics distribution system of Jiaoyun Group. Finally, it summarizes the guarantee measures to guarantee the smooth construction of the urban logistics distribution system of the Transportation Group.
