天津港X公司設(shè)備維護(hù)人員優(yōu)化配置研究

【摘要】:港口是國(guó)家對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)的窗口。港口的發(fā)展直接影響到其所在地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。天津港位于濱海新區(qū),是濱海新區(qū)的對(duì)外開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)放的重要窗口。隨著近幾年國(guó)家對(duì)濱海新區(qū)的一系列優(yōu)惠扶持,,使其迎來(lái)了一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的高速期。天津港作為新區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要一環(huán),近幾年也迎來(lái)了其發(fā)展壯大的時(shí)期。天津港以每年近1億噸的速度,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為如今年吞吐量超過(guò)4億噸的世界級(jí)大港。天津港目前在世界港口中名列第七位。如今,天津港正以成為世界一流企業(yè)為目標(biāo)。 港口設(shè)備管理是港口管理工作的重點(diǎn)。如何利用現(xiàn)代管理學(xué)的思想提高港口的人員使用效率和設(shè)備保養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是每個(gè)港口管理者必須用心思考的問(wèn)題。本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外維修資源配置方面的研究成果,結(jié)合現(xiàn)階段設(shè)備特點(diǎn),針對(duì)維修保養(yǎng)人員的優(yōu)化配置進(jìn)行研究。 本文首先分析了X公司目前在設(shè)備管理中遇到的人力資源為問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題都進(jìn)行深入的剖析。在人力資源大幅減少的條件下,提出了新的維修保養(yǎng)模式。針對(duì)新模式,進(jìn)行了職位的重新設(shè)計(jì)和職位表述。為了配合新的模式運(yùn)行,設(shè)計(jì)和建立員工甄選體制、員工培訓(xùn)體系、員工績(jī)效管理體系等。其中還利用排隊(duì)原理對(duì)新模式下員工的工作量進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。 該研究工作為港口等其他設(shè)備管理單位提供了一種新的維修保養(yǎng)管理模式。該模式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)維修保養(yǎng)人員的優(yōu)化配置,極大地減少企業(yè)的人力資源配置。
[Abstract]:The port is the window of the country's foreign economy. The development of the port directly affects the economic development of its area. Tianjin Port is located in Binhai New area, which is an important window for the development and opening of Binhai New area. With a series of preferential support to Binhai New area in recent years, it ushered in a high-speed period of economic development. Tianjin Port as an important part of the economic development of the new area, in recent years also ushered in its growing period. Tianjin Port, with a speed of nearly 100 million tons per year, has become a world-class port with an annual throughput of more than 400 million tons. Tianjin Port is currently ranked seventh in the world port. Now, Tianjin Port is to become a world-class enterprise as the goal. Port equipment management is the focus of port management. How to make use of the thought of modern management to improve the efficiency of personnel and the quality of equipment maintenance is a problem that every port manager must think about carefully. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign maintenance resource allocation and combined with the characteristics of equipment at present, this paper studies the optimal configuration of maintenance personnel. This paper first analyzes the human resource problem that X Company meets in the equipment management at present. This article carries on the thorough analysis to these questions. Under the condition that the human resources are greatly reduced, a new maintenance mode is put forward. According to the new model, the post redesign and job description are carried out. Design and establish employee selection system, employee training system, employee performance management system and so on. It also verifies the workload of the staff in the new mode by using the queuing principle. The research provides a new maintenance management model for port and other equipment management units. This mode can realize the optimal configuration of maintenance personnel and greatly reduce the human resource allocation of enterprises.
