天津港碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理研究

【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢新的變化,中國社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)的高度發(fā)展,港口面臨的競爭程度日益加劇。碼頭企業(yè)想要順利、快速、持續(xù)發(fā)展,必須要有人才的發(fā)展作為強(qiáng)有力的支撐。碼頭企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展是由該碼頭企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展情況決定的。一個(gè)企業(yè)的整體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)是通過企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略管理來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,而企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的實(shí)現(xiàn)與否是由它的重要組成部分決定的,即企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理,它同樣是碼頭企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)完成的強(qiáng)勁后盾。 目前,天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理工作已經(jīng)取得了一些進(jìn)展,并總結(jié)了一些實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是,由于一些因素,天津港某碼頭企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理工作有待進(jìn)一步完善。本文的選題是站在我國人力資源管理逐步向人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展的背景下,結(jié)合目前天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和問題提出的,利用現(xiàn)代組織管理理論、人力資源管理理論進(jìn)行全面的深入分析研究。本文作者試圖以SWOT理論為指導(dǎo),通過定性分析方法對天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,描繪出天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展路徑及實(shí)施措施。本文的主要內(nèi)容如下: 第一章,明確本文的研究背景、目標(biāo)與意義,對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜合闡述,并確立了文章的研究框架與內(nèi)容。 第二章,闡述人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理理論,并回顧人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理的發(fā)展史及現(xiàn)狀。 第三章,對天津港某碼頭企業(yè)的基本情況及其人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。 第四章,利用SWOT理論對天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅進(jìn)行深入研究。 第五章,對天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的剖析。 第六章,對如何發(fā)展天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理提出措施。 第七章,對前文分析進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與展望,明確天津港某碼頭企業(yè)人力資源戰(zhàn)略管理的實(shí)施將為該企業(yè)總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the new changes of economic situation at home and abroad and the high development of socialist economy in China, the competition degree of ports is becoming more and more serious. Wharf enterprises want to smooth, fast, sustainable development, must have the development of talents as a strong support. The strategic development of wharf enterprise is decided by the development of human resource strategy management of wharf enterprise. The overall strategic goal of an enterprise is realized through the strategic management of the enterprise, and the realization of the strategic management of the enterprise is determined by its important component, that is, the strategic management of the human resources of the enterprise. It is also the overall strategic objectives of wharf enterprises to complete the strong backing. At present, some progress has been made in the strategic management of human resources in a terminal of Tianjin Port, and some practical experiences have been summarized. However, due to some factors, the strategic management of human resources of a wharf in Tianjin Port needs to be further improved. This paper is based on the background of the gradual development of human resource management to human resource strategic management in our country, combining with the present situation and problems of the development of human resource strategy management in a terminal enterprise of Tianjin Port, and using the modern organization management theory. The human resource management theory carries on the comprehensive thorough analysis and research. Under the guidance of SWOT theory, the author tries to analyze the present situation of human resource strategy management of a terminal enterprise in Tianjin Port by qualitative analysis method, and describes the development path and implementation measures of human resource strategy management of a terminal enterprise in Tianjin Port. The main contents of this paper are as follows: in the first chapter, the research background, objectives and significance of this paper are clarified, and the current research situation at home and abroad is comprehensively expounded, and the research framework and content of the article are established. The second chapter expounds the theory of strategic management of human resources, and reviews the history and present situation of strategic management of human resources. The third chapter analyzes the basic situation and the current situation of human resource management of Tianjin port wharf. In the fourth chapter, SWOT theory is used to study the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the strategic management of human resources in Tianjin port wharf. The fifth chapter analyzes the strategic management of human resources in Tianjin Port. The sixth chapter, how to develop the strategic management of human resources of a wharf in Tianjin Port. In the seventh chapter, the author summarizes and looks forward to the previous analysis. It is clear that the implementation of the strategic management of human resources in a certain terminal of Tianjin Port will lay a solid foundation for the realization of the overall strategic goal of the enterprise.
