【摘要】：文章從民航業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,闡述民航業(yè)運(yùn)價(jià)改革進(jìn)程,分析我國(guó)民航業(yè)運(yùn)價(jià)改革在市場(chǎng)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制下所面臨的環(huán)境及問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的改善措施:放松民航定價(jià)管制,建立價(jià)格計(jì)算法則;完善民航業(yè)進(jìn)入及退出市場(chǎng)機(jī)制,建立現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度;打破民航產(chǎn)業(yè)壟斷格局;提升民航運(yùn)價(jià)制定的公開(kāi)性及改善審查模式,加強(qiáng)對(duì)機(jī)票代理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)督管理等。
[Abstract]:Starting from the current situation of the development of civil aviation industry, this paper expounds the reform process of civil aviation industry freight rate, analyzes the environment and problems that China's civil aviation industry freight rate reform faces under the market regulation mechanism, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures: to relax the civil aviation pricing control. Establishing price calculation rules; perfecting the mechanism of entering and exiting the market of civil aviation industry, establishing modern enterprise system; breaking the monopoly pattern of civil aviation industry; improving the openness of civil aviation freight pricing and improving the examination mode, Strengthen the ticket agent network supervision and management.
