宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)的子系統(tǒng)之一,是維持其他子系統(tǒng)有效運(yùn)作的主要承載體,是聯(lián)系各區(qū)域、各行業(yè)、各部門(mén)的紐帶,是保障社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)生機(jī)的基本條件。隨著社會(huì)的不斷進(jìn)步和商品經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,勞動(dòng)力和資本的流動(dòng)速度會(huì)越來(lái)越快,只有適度超前于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度的道路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)才能成為支撐經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大后盾。通過(guò)研究生產(chǎn)率概念理論和測(cè)算方法論,采用定性與定量相結(jié)合的手段來(lái)探討宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率波動(dòng)情況和波動(dòng)致因,從而得到帶動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率水平提高的有效措施與最佳途徑,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式由外延型向內(nèi)涵型轉(zhuǎn)變,實(shí)現(xiàn)宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文首先基于國(guó)內(nèi)外全要素生產(chǎn)率的研究現(xiàn)狀,探討了全要素生產(chǎn)率的概念、原理及不同測(cè)算方法。通過(guò)分析宜昌市社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),基于永續(xù)存盤(pán)等方法歸納了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)2000-2010年投入與產(chǎn)出數(shù)據(jù),并總結(jié)了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的近十年的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)與存在問(wèn)題。然后分別從單要素生產(chǎn)率和全要素生產(chǎn)率角度分析了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率;趩我厣a(chǎn)率,本文分析了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)資本生產(chǎn)率和勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率的變動(dòng)情況;基于全要素生產(chǎn)率,本文分別使用索洛余值法和超越對(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù),借助SPSS軟件和STATA統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件,分析了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的變動(dòng)情況,考察投入要素的相互作用對(duì)全要素生產(chǎn)率度量結(jié)果的影響。接著使用DEAP2.1軟件,基于DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法將全要素生產(chǎn)率分解成為技術(shù)效率變動(dòng)指數(shù)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步變動(dòng)指數(shù)、純技術(shù)效率變動(dòng)指數(shù)和規(guī)模效率變動(dòng)指數(shù),探討帶動(dòng)宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率提高的主要?jiǎng)恿υ慈?并通過(guò)STATA統(tǒng)計(jì)分析軟件建立了影響宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的各類(lèi)因素的回歸方程,得到了合理結(jié)果。最后根據(jù)前文的測(cè)算結(jié)果與宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)提出了宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)提高全要素生產(chǎn)率的對(duì)策與建議,為宜昌市地方政府部門(mén)、決策機(jī)構(gòu)制定和實(shí)施提高其道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的政策措施提供參考依據(jù)。 總之,本文通過(guò)對(duì)宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)全要素生產(chǎn)率的測(cè)度和分析,可以更好的把握宜昌市道路運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找到其發(fā)展的制約因素與增長(zhǎng)源泉。
[Abstract]:Road transportation is one of the subsystems of the national economic system. It is the main carrier to maintain the effective operation of other subsystems. It is the link connecting the regions, industries and departments, and the basic condition to ensure the vitality of the social and economic system. With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of commodity economy, the flow of labor and capital will become faster and faster. Only the road transportation system, which is moderately ahead of the economic development speed, can become the powerful backing to support the economic development. Based on the research of productivity concept theory and measurement methodology, this paper discusses the fluctuation and causes of productivity fluctuation in Yichang road transportation industry by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Thus, the effective measures and the best way to improve the productivity level are obtained, and the economic growth mode of the road transportation industry in Yichang is changed from the extension type to the connotation type, and the sustainable development of the road transportation industry in Yichang city is realized. Based on the research status of TFP at home and abroad, this paper discusses the concept, principle and different measuring methods of TFP. Based on the analysis of the present situation and trend of the development of social economy and road transportation in Yichang City, the input and output data of the road transportation industry in Yichang City from 2000 to 2010 are summarized based on the method of sustainable storage disk. And summarizes the Yichang city road transportation development characteristic and the existence question in recent ten years. Then the productivity of Yichang road transportation industry is analyzed from the angle of single factor productivity and total factor productivity. Based on the single factor productivity, this paper analyzes the changes of capital productivity and labor productivity of Yichang road transportation industry, based on total factor productivity, this paper uses Solow residual value method and transcendental logarithmic production function, respectively. With the help of SPSS software and stat statistical analysis software, this paper analyzes the change of total factor productivity of road transportation industry in Yichang city, and investigates the influence of the interaction of input factors on the measurement results of total factor productivity. Then using DEAP2.1 software, based on DEA-Malmquist index method, the total factor productivity is decomposed into technology efficiency change index, technology progress change index, pure technology efficiency change index and scale efficiency change index. This paper discusses the main power source of promoting the total factor productivity of the road transportation industry in Yichang city, and establishes the regression equation of various factors influencing the total factor productivity of the road transportation industry of Yichang city by using Stat statistical analysis software, and obtains the reasonable results. Finally, according to the results of the previous calculation and the development situation of Yichang road transportation system, the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the total factor productivity of Yichang road transportation industry are put forward, which are the local government departments of Yichang City. Policy making and implementation of policy measures to improve the total factor productivity of road transport industry provide reference basis. In short, through the measurement and analysis of the total factor productivity of Yichang road transportation industry, we can better grasp the present situation of the road transportation industry in Yichang city, and find out the restrictive factors and growth sources of its development.
