【摘要】：西部大開發(fā)十年之際,《關(guān)中—天水經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》出臺(tái),規(guī)劃中把西安定位為國(guó)際化大都市,并加快推進(jìn)西咸一體化建設(shè)。咸陽(yáng)機(jī)場(chǎng)要緊緊抓住全面建設(shè)西北地區(qū)的歷史性機(jī)遇,以建設(shè)樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)為目標(biāo),大力發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì),進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的輻射和帶動(dòng)作用。 本文正是在這樣的背景下,結(jié)合西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了戰(zhàn)略研究。本論文第一部分為第一章和第二章,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)規(guī)劃的相關(guān)基本理論。本論文的第二部分為第三至第六章,對(duì)西安咸陽(yáng)國(guó)際樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃作了實(shí)證研究。首先闡述了西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,其次對(duì)西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行逐一分析,最后對(duì)其樞紐建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施加以分析。最終得出西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)、加快發(fā)展臨空經(jīng)濟(jì)勢(shì)在必行并且時(shí)機(jī)成熟的結(jié)論。 本文對(duì)西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展進(jìn)行了全面的論述,并制定了切合咸陽(yáng)機(jī)場(chǎng)實(shí)際的規(guī)劃方案和實(shí)施細(xì)則。本文的研究可為西安樞紐機(jī)場(chǎng)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和建設(shè)提供參考和借鑒,具有較強(qiáng)的理論意義與實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:During the ten years of western development, the "Guanzhong-Tianshui Economic Zone Development Plan" was issued, in which Xi'an was positioned as an international metropolis and accelerated the construction of Xi-Xian integration. Xianyang airport should seize the historic opportunity of building northwest region, take the construction of hub airport as the goal, vigorously develop the air-front economy, and further strengthen the radiation and driving effect of airport construction to the regional economy. Under this background, this article carries on the strategic research combining the Xi'an hub airport construction plan. The first part of this paper is the first chapter and the second chapter, introduces the domestic and foreign hub airport construction present situation and the development tendency as well as the hub airport construction plan related basic theory. The second part of this thesis is the third to the sixth chapter, which makes an empirical study on the strategic planning of Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. Firstly, this paper expounds the present situation of Xi'an hub airport construction, analyzes its internal and external environment, secondly, analyzes the elements of Xi'an hub airport construction one by one, and finally analyzes the safeguard measures for the implementation of its hub construction strategy. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the construction of Xi'an hub airport and the rapid development of air-front economy are imperative and ripe. This paper comprehensively discusses the strategic development of Xi'an hub airport construction, and formulates the planning scheme and implementation rules suitable for Xianyang airport. The research in this paper can provide a reference for the strategic planning and construction of Xi'an hub airport and has strong theoretical significance and practical application value.
