【摘要】：在國際船舶代理企業(yè)中,船務(wù)代理(簡稱船代)負責(zé)代理船舶進出港的具體操作,崗位分為船代內(nèi)勤和船代外勤。船代內(nèi)勤以在辦公室處理船代函電類和文件打印方面的一些行政工作為主;船代外勤的工作較繁雜,以辦理船舶進出港、靠泊時的相關(guān)手續(xù)以及妥善協(xié)調(diào)船方與港口、貨主、裝卸公司等相關(guān)部門工作銜接為主,其工作效率的高低會直接影響船代企業(yè)的經(jīng)營狀況。本文以"新雅"輪進出欽州港為例,分析了船代在代理業(yè)務(wù)中低效率表現(xiàn)及提高操作效率的舉措。
[Abstract]:In the international ship agency enterprise, the shipping agent (for short) is responsible for the specific operation of the ship entering and leaving the port, the position is divided into the ship's agent's internal service and the ship's agent's field. The main administrative work in the office is dealing with the types of letters and telecommunications and the printing of documents in the office; the work of the ship's representative in the field is complicated to handle the relevant formalities for the entry and exit and berthing of the ship, as well as the proper coordination between the ship and the port, the owner of the ship, and the cargo owner. The working efficiency of the related departments such as loading and unloading company is the main one, which will directly affect the management condition of the shipping company. Taking "Xinya" as an example, this paper analyzes the inefficient performance of ship agent in the agency business and the measures to improve the operation efficiency.
