西南地區(qū)通用航空業(yè)的風險投資對接模式研究

【摘要】:隨著低空領域管制的全面開放,中國通用航空行業(yè)將迎來快速發(fā)展期,長久以來,通航市場的需求被壓制著,市場規(guī)模遠遠低于通用航空行業(yè)發(fā)達的國家,一旦市場需求快速增加,整個通航產業(yè)鏈皆存在發(fā)展機遇,同時,通用航空行業(yè)多數(shù)屬于資金和技術密集型的行業(yè),需要大量資本注入。在此背景下,細分行業(yè)并歸納總結其可利用的資本來源成為一個迫切的需要。 本文首先分析了各項國家行業(yè)政策利好,以此為契機,西南地區(qū)基礎設施的發(fā)展快速增長,文章對現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。在此基礎上,對我國通用航空產業(yè)鏈進行了市場細分和發(fā)展趨勢預測,并預測了其進程。結果表明,在政策利好、低空領域逐步放開,行業(yè)法律法規(guī)逐步完善的大環(huán)境下,橫向對比各通用航空發(fā)達的國家,得出了中國通用航空具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景,市場規(guī)模巨大的結論,并估算了各細分行業(yè)的市場規(guī)模。 根據不同發(fā)展階段,,總結預測了通用航空行業(yè)的三個發(fā)展階段;根據產業(yè)類型不同和發(fā)展進程把細分行業(yè)分為四個主要業(yè)態(tài),即基礎設施及配套服務業(yè)、制造業(yè)及銷售、服務業(yè)和關聯(lián)行業(yè);綜合產業(yè)類型和階段發(fā)展特點,歸納總結了各細分行業(yè)對投資需求的特點。 細分行業(yè)對投資需求的不同,根據投資機構的投資特點,在分析各方對投資對接方式影響因素的基礎上,提出了細分行業(yè)適宜的投資機構類型、投資期限、投資階段、總體風險、總體可行性等。結果表明,多數(shù)細分行業(yè)皆有廣泛的投資模式可選,部分行業(yè)有其特殊的資金需求,對接模式多樣,風險投資在西南地區(qū)通用航空產業(yè)領域大有可為。 另外,為更準確的預測行業(yè)發(fā)展,對行業(yè)發(fā)展的障礙進行了總結,并分析了各種障礙的消除機制和時間。
[Abstract]:With the full opening of low-altitude regulation, China's general aviation industry will usher in a period of rapid development. For a long time, the demand of the air traffic market has been suppressed, and the market scale is far lower than that of the developed countries in the general aviation industry. Once the market demand increases rapidly, there are opportunities for development in the entire shipping industry chain. At the same time, most of the general aviation industry is capital and technology-intensive industries, requiring a large amount of capital injection. In this context, it is an urgent need to subdivide the industry and sum up the available capital sources. This paper first analyzes the positive effects of various national industrial policies, taking this as an opportunity, the development of infrastructure in Southwest China grows rapidly, and the present situation is analyzed. On this basis, the market segmentation and development trend of China's general aviation industry chain are forecasted, and its process is forecasted. The results show that under the circumstances of favorable policies, gradual liberalization of the low-altitude field, and gradual improvement of laws and regulations of the industry, and in a horizontal comparison of the developed countries of general aviation, it is concluded that China General Aviation has broad prospects for development. The conclusion that the market scale is huge, and estimated the market scale of each subdivision industry. According to different stages of development, three stages of development of general aviation industry are summarized and predicted. According to the different industry types and development process, the subdivision industries are divided into four main types, namely, infrastructure and supporting services, manufacturing and sales. Service industry and related industry, comprehensive industry types and stages of development characteristics, summarized the characteristics of investment demand of each subdivision industry. According to the investment characteristics of investment institutions, on the basis of analyzing the influence factors of investment docking mode, this paper puts forward the appropriate investment institution type, investment period, investment stage, and so on. Overall risk, overall feasibility, etc. The results show that most of the subdivision industries have a wide range of investment models, some industries have their special capital needs, the docking mode is diverse, and venture capital has great potential in the field of general aviation industry in Southwest China. In addition, in order to predict the development of the industry more accurately, the obstacles to the development of the industry are summarized, and the mechanism and time of removing the obstacles are analyzed.
