【摘要】：財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)的重要工具,企業(yè)應(yīng)從財(cái)務(wù)理念更新、財(cái)務(wù)體制創(chuàng)新和外部制度保障方面尋找財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的創(chuàng)新,更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)目標(biāo)。其中,財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略理念構(gòu)成了公司內(nèi)部的文化和各業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行過(guò)程中的財(cái)務(wù)觀(guān)念,財(cái)務(wù)體制為財(cái)務(wù)目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)提供有力支持,外部制度則為各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)制度和理念貫徹落實(shí)提供保障。寧夏路橋集團(tuán)公司是寧夏交通運(yùn)輸廳屬的企業(yè)單位,國(guó)內(nèi)500家最大經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模建筑業(yè)企業(yè)之一。公司注冊(cè)資本金1.5億元,具有完成年產(chǎn)值30億元的施工能力。公司承擔(dān)著省內(nèi)外多條高速公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目,為國(guó)家公路建設(shè)和寧夏經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了積極貢獻(xiàn)。交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)十二五規(guī)劃中明確指出交通行業(yè)要大發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)交通運(yùn)輸基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),增強(qiáng)交通運(yùn)輸保障能力成為新時(shí)期的重要任務(wù)。如何在西部地區(qū)大發(fā)展,快發(fā)展、跨越式發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下解決自身的財(cái)務(wù)管理問(wèn)題,調(diào)整與優(yōu)化企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,使之適應(yīng)新一輪發(fā)展環(huán)境下公司的整體戰(zhàn)略,成為企業(yè)發(fā)展首要解決的困難。 本文運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)、財(cái)務(wù)管理理念、行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境分析方法,通過(guò)對(duì)寧夏路橋集團(tuán)公司的財(cái)務(wù)策略、財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀的分析,在十二五規(guī)劃時(shí)期西部交通行業(yè)大發(fā)展之際的新形勢(shì)下,解決企業(yè)自身的問(wèn)題,提出更有效的財(cái)務(wù)管理戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)企業(yè)未來(lái)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行改善,提高企業(yè)的資金運(yùn)用效率,增強(qiáng)公司的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制能力,完善企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)制度、監(jiān)督機(jī)制的建設(shè),圍繞成本、資金、資本和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制進(jìn)行企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的制定,幫助寧夏路橋集團(tuán)公司優(yōu)化財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理,促進(jìn)企業(yè)快速可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The financial strategy is an important tool to realize the enterprise's goal. The enterprise should look for the innovation of the financial strategy from the aspects of the renewal of the financial idea, the innovation of the financial system and the guarantee of the external system, so as to better realize the economic goal of the enterprise. Among them, the concept of financial strategy constitutes the internal culture of the company and the financial concept in the process of business implementation. The financial system provides strong support for the realization of financial objectives, while the external system provides the guarantee for the implementation of various financial systems and concepts. Ningxia Luqiao Group Company is an enterprise unit belonging to Ningxia Transportation Department, and one of the 500 largest construction enterprises in China. The company registered capital of 150 million yuan, with the completion of annual output value of 3 billion yuan construction capacity. The company undertakes many highway construction projects inside and outside the province, and has made positive contributions to the national highway construction and Ningxia economic development. In the 12th five-year plan of transportation industry, it is pointed out clearly that the transportation industry should develop greatly. It is an important task in the new period to strengthen the construction of transportation infrastructure and enhance the capacity of transportation guarantee. How to solve the problems of financial management, adjust and optimize the financial strategy of the enterprise, and adapt it to the overall strategy of the company under the new development environment in the great development, rapid development and leap-forward development of the western region, and how to solve the financial management problems of the enterprise, and how to adjust and optimize the financial strategy of the enterprise. It has become the most difficult problem to solve for the development of enterprises. In this paper, financial indicators, financial management concepts, industry development environment analysis method, through the analysis of the Ningxia Luqiao Group Company's financial strategy, financial management status, Under the new situation during the development of the transportation industry in the western region during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, we should solve the problems of the enterprises themselves, put forward more effective financial management strategies, improve the future financial situation of the enterprises, and improve the efficiency of the use of funds of the enterprises. Strengthening the financial risk control ability of the company, perfecting the financial system of the enterprise, building the supervision mechanism, making the financial strategy of the enterprise around cost, capital, capital and risk control, To help Ningxia Luqiao Group optimize financial strategy management and promote the rapid and sustainable development of enterprises.
