【摘要】：目前,地鐵公司普遍尚未意識到打造企業(yè)總體價值的重要性,企業(yè)總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略欠清晰,重建設(shè)輕運營,重當前輕長遠,重局部輕全局的現(xiàn)象較為普遍,地鐵公司價值難以體現(xiàn)。立足地鐵公司,從價值鏈視角分析地鐵公司的價值活動,提出地鐵公司應(yīng)打造設(shè)計管理能力并強化其引領(lǐng)作用,同時通過綜合運作投融資業(yè)務(wù),以PPP模式推動產(chǎn)業(yè)合作,在建設(shè)及運營環(huán)節(jié)培育核心資源、盈利能力,推動業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模化發(fā)展;在時機成熟時地鐵公司應(yīng)積極實施走出去戰(zhàn)略,提升公司品牌價值,最終通過剝離優(yōu)質(zhì)資產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)IPO(initial public offerings,首次公開發(fā)行股票)上市,逐步實現(xiàn)整體上市。通過上述措施的相互協(xié)同,共同促進地鐵公司的整體價值提升,促進地鐵公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, the subway company is generally not aware of the importance of building the overall value of the enterprise, the overall development strategy of the enterprise is not clear, the emphasis on construction is less than the operation, the emphasis on the present and the long-term, and the emphasis on the local and the overall situation is relatively common. The value of the subway company is difficult to embody. Based on the subway company, this paper analyzes the value activities of the subway company from the perspective of the value chain, and puts forward that the subway company should build the design management ability and strengthen its leading role, at the same time, promote the industrial cooperation by the PPP model through the comprehensive operation of investment and financing business. In the construction and operation links to cultivate core resources, profitability, promote large-scale development of business; when the time is ripe, the Metro Corporation should actively implement the strategy of going out, enhance the company's brand value, Finally, the IPO (initial public offerings, initial public offering (IPOs) is realized by divestiture of high quality assets, and the overall listing is realized step by step. Through the above measures, we can promote the overall value of MTRC and promote the sustainable development of MTRC.
