【摘要】：中國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展導致的生產(chǎn)性原材料等資源品的大量進口已成為近年來驅(qū)動全球海運需求增長的主要動力來源,對全球干散貨運輸產(chǎn)生了重要影響。也引發(fā)了中國港口建設的熱潮。 干散貨業(yè)務一直是煙臺港核心業(yè)務,干散貨的吞吐量從1999年不足600萬噸,到2011年的4300萬噸,增長迅速,主要得益于鐵礦石、鋁礬土、化肥、煤炭、鋼鐵等貨種的發(fā)展,但隨著周邊港口大碼頭的相繼投產(chǎn),競爭日趨激烈,特別是科技與信息的高速發(fā)展,世界經(jīng)濟格局的不斷變化和產(chǎn)業(yè)活動的全球布局,資源呈現(xiàn)全球性配置,全程物流迅猛發(fā)展,船舶呈現(xiàn)大型化趨勢。如何抓住國際干散貨需求上升機遇,如何應對經(jīng)濟全球化和一體化的發(fā)展趨勢,如何應對周邊港口的挑戰(zhàn),采取何種對策等課題是煙臺港干散貨碼頭目前亟待解決的問題。 本文首先對國內(nèi)外主要干散貨資源分布與流向進行了分析,然后分析了煙臺港干散貨碼頭的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,隨后對煙臺港干散貨碼頭發(fā)展存在的問題,以及影響煙臺港干散貨碼頭發(fā)展的因素進行了分析,并對主要干散貨類吞吐量作出了預測。文章最后給出了促進煙臺港干散貨碼頭發(fā)展的對策建議,并給出了主要干散貨碼頭發(fā)展的對策和目標。對煙臺港實現(xiàn)向現(xiàn)代物流中心轉(zhuǎn)型具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's economy has led to a large number of imports of resources such as productive raw materials which have become the main driving force for the growth of global maritime transport demand in recent years and have had an important impact on the global dry bulk transportation. It also triggered an upsurge in port construction in China. Dry bulk cargo business has always been the core business of Yantai Port. The throughput of dry bulk cargo increased rapidly from less than 6 million tons in 1999 to 43 million tons in 2011, mainly thanks to the development of iron ore, bauxite, fertilizer, coal, steel and other goods. However, with the production of ports and terminals around them, the competition is becoming increasingly fierce, especially with the rapid development of science and technology and information, the changing world economic pattern and the global layout of industrial activities, and the global allocation of resources. With the rapid development of the whole logistics, the ship presents a large-scale trend. How to grasp the opportunity of increasing international dry bulk demand, how to cope with the development trend of economic globalization and integration, how to deal with the challenges of the surrounding ports, and what countermeasures should be taken are the problems that need to be solved urgently at present in the dry bulk wharf of Yantai Port. This paper first analyzes the distribution and flow of the main dry bulk cargo resources at home and abroad, then analyzes the development status of Yantai dry bulk wharf, and then analyzes the problems existing in the development of Yantai dry bulk wharf. The factors influencing the development of dry bulk terminal in Yantai Port are analyzed, and the throughput of main dry bulk cargo is forecasted. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the dry bulk wharf in Yantai Port are given, and the countermeasures and objectives of the development of the main dry bulk Wharf are given. Yantai port to realize the transformation to the modern logistics center has certain reference significance.
