中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”背景下高校國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】:隨著“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的提出,中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”的步伐明顯加快,逐漸上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。人才是第一資源,人才的培養(yǎng)和儲(chǔ)備是支撐中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”的基礎(chǔ)和關(guān)鍵。從前期實(shí)踐來(lái)看,人才支撐不足已成為制約中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”的主要障礙之一。高校的三大使命是人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù),其中人才培養(yǎng)是主要使命之一。因此,高校應(yīng)緊跟中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的步伐,加快國(guó)際化人才的培養(yǎng)和儲(chǔ)備工作,為中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”搭建人才“蓄水池”。當(dāng)前,現(xiàn)有的人才培養(yǎng)模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”國(guó)際化人才的需要。因此,對(duì)國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究,不僅有利于加強(qiáng)高校對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)模式的理論和實(shí)踐研究,也可以為中國(guó)鐵路“走出去”提供持續(xù)的人才保障。本文主要分為五個(gè)部分。首先,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法梳理了人才培養(yǎng)模式的概念和相關(guān)理論,為鐵路國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,對(duì)鐵路國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析,確定了鐵路國(guó)際化人才的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),并從知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)方面,構(gòu)建了鐵路國(guó)際化人才的培養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。再次,對(duì)鐵路國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行研究,主要研究了校;ヅ蓪W(xué)生模式、校校合辦院校模式和校企雙主體模式。通過(guò)對(duì)比分析不同培養(yǎng)模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),得出了以下結(jié)論:對(duì)于輸出型人才的培養(yǎng),可采用校校互派學(xué)生模式、校校合辦院校模式和校企雙主體模式;對(duì)于本地化人才的培養(yǎng),可采用校校互派學(xué)生模式和校校合辦院校模式。隨后,對(duì)鐵路國(guó)際化人才質(zhì)量保障進(jìn)行研究,按照鐵路國(guó)際化人才的培養(yǎng)過(guò)程構(gòu)建了鐵路國(guó)際化人才的質(zhì)量保障體系。最后,將西南交通大學(xué)作為調(diào)研對(duì)象,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的形式分析其鐵路國(guó)際化人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the strategy of "one area and one road" put forward, the pace of Chinese Railway "going out" is quickening and gradually rising into a national strategy. Talent is the first resource. The training and reserve of talents is the basis and key to support the "going out" of Chinese railway. From the previous practice, the shortage of talent support has become the "going out" of the Chinese railway. One of the main obstacles is that the three mission of colleges and universities is talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, among which talent training is one of the main missions. Therefore, colleges and universities should follow the strategy of "going out" of Chinese railway, speed up the training and reserve of international talents and build a "reservoir" for Chinese Railway "going out". At present, the existing talent training mode has not been able to meet the needs of the Chinese Railway "going out" international talents. Therefore, the research on the training mode of international talents is not only conducive to strengthening the theoretical and practical research on the training mode of talents in Colleges and universities, but also can provide continuous talent guarantee for the "going out" of the Chinese railway road. It is divided into five parts. First, the concept of talent training mode and related theories are combed with the literature research method, which lays a theoretical foundation for the research on the training mode of railway internationalized talents. Secondly, the objective of train international personnel training is analyzed, and the training goal of railway national talents is determined, and the knowledge, ability and quality are obtained. In terms of quality structure, the training standard of railway internationalized talents is constructed. Thirdly, the training mode of railway internationalization talents is studied. The model of school and school mutual student, school model and school enterprise dual main model are mainly studied. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different training modes, the following conclusions are drawn: for the output talents. The training of school and school can adopt the model of school and school, the model of school and school and the dual main model of school and enterprise. For the training of local talents, the model of school and school can be adopted by school and school. Then, the quality guarantee of railway international talents is studied, and the railway is built according to the training process of railway internationalized talents. The quality assurance system of international talents. Finally, taking the Southwest Jiao Tong University as the research object, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training mode of the railway internationalization talents with the form of questionnaire, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
