【摘要】：航空運輸企業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的環(huán)境問題成為人們關(guān)注的焦點.本文從環(huán)境約束治理視角,運用SBM-DEA非期望產(chǎn)出模型研究中國航空企業(yè)2012—2014年環(huán)境效率,并借助Tobit模型分析了影響環(huán)境效率的主要因素.結(jié)果表明,2012—2014年期間,整體上中國航空企業(yè)環(huán)境效率呈現(xiàn)出遞減的趨勢,并且航空企業(yè)之間的環(huán)境效率差距在逐年拉大.另外,Tobit回歸分析結(jié)果得出當期環(huán)境規(guī)制與航空企業(yè)環(huán)境效率顯著負相關(guān),而研發(fā)投入、航班客座率、貨郵運載率、凈利潤率、滯后1期環(huán)境規(guī)制與航空企業(yè)環(huán)境效率顯著正相關(guān).最后,我們從挖掘航空企業(yè)自身節(jié)能減排潛力、研發(fā)投入角度給出了中國航空企業(yè)環(huán)境效率改進的政策建議.
[Abstract]:Environmental problems brought by the development of air transport enterprises have become the focus of attention. From the perspective of environmental constraint governance, this paper studies the environmental efficiency of Chinese aviation enterprises in 2012-2014 by using SBM-DEA non-expected output model, and analyzes the main factors affecting environmental efficiency by means of Tobit model. The results show that the environmental efficiency of Chinese aviation enterprises is decreasing in the period of 2012-2014, and the gap between them is widening year by year. In addition, the results of Tobit regression analysis show that the current environmental regulation and environmental efficiency of aviation enterprises are significantly negative correlation, while R & D investment, flight passenger rate, freight delivery rate, net profit rate, There is a significant positive correlation between environmental regulation and environmental efficiency of aviation enterprises. Finally, from the perspective of tapping the potential of energy saving and emission reduction of aviation enterprises themselves, we give some policy suggestions for improving the environmental efficiency of Chinese aviation enterprises from the point of view of R & D investment.
