【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚化，港口物流作為港口的核心業(yè)務(wù)扮演著愈發(fā)重要的角色。港口物流實現(xiàn)了對不同空間分布資源的有效配置，全球性的資源通過海洋運輸?shù)耐緩皆谑澜绶秶鷥?nèi)得到共享。國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗均表明，港口物流是帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不斷向前發(fā)展的動力和源泉，各種交通運輸方式在此相互轉(zhuǎn)換，大量的貨物聚集在這里，帶動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。 本文系統(tǒng)闡述了港口物流的內(nèi)涵及其特點，概括了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外港口物流的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)狀，并對相關(guān)港口物流理論進行了介紹。隨后，著重對影響港口物流的投資、勞動力、技術(shù)進步等因素在港口物流增長過程中起到的作用進行了分析。 基于索羅模型建立C-D生產(chǎn)函數(shù)，選取區(qū)域港口物流總產(chǎn)值、港口物流固定資產(chǎn)投資、港口物流從業(yè)人數(shù)以及科技進步等指標(biāo)來構(gòu)造函數(shù)。搜集山東半島藍(lán)色經(jīng)濟區(qū)2002-2011年各項統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，對模型中各個變量擬合其函數(shù)方程，利用擬合函數(shù)的導(dǎo)數(shù)值來求得，港口物流總產(chǎn)值導(dǎo)數(shù)關(guān)于投資量導(dǎo)數(shù)、從業(yè)人數(shù)、技術(shù)以及其他要素導(dǎo)數(shù)的生產(chǎn)函數(shù)方程，，以此來評價港口物流各個變量對港口物流增長的影響程度。其后，在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合定性說明，對如何實現(xiàn)港口物流的可持續(xù)增長提出發(fā)展策略和實施建議。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and industrial agglomeration, port logistics as the core business of the port plays an increasingly important role. Port logistics realizes the effective allocation of different spatial distribution resources, and the global resources are shared in the world through the way of ocean transportation. The development experience at home and abroad shows that port logistics is the driving force and source of driving regional economy to develop continuously. All kinds of traffic and transportation modes are converted to each other here, and a large number of goods are gathered here to promote the development of regional economy. This paper systematically expounds the connotation and characteristics of port logistics, summarizes the development strategy and present situation of port logistics at home and abroad, and introduces the relevant theories of port logistics. Then, the paper analyzes the influence factors of port logistics, such as investment, labor force and technological progress, in the process of port logistics growth. Based on Solow model, C-D production function is established, and regional port logistics output value, port logistics fixed assets investment, port logistics practitioners and scientific and technological progress are selected to construct the function. Collecting the statistical data of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula from 2002 to 2011, fitting its function equation to the various variables in the model, using the derivative value of the fitting function to obtain the derivative of the total value of port logistics on the derivative of investment quantity, the number of employees, The production function equation of the derivative of technology and other factors is used to evaluate the influence of various variables of port logistics on port logistics growth. Then, on the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, the author puts forward the development strategy and implementation suggestions on how to realize the sustainable growth of port logistics.
