【摘要】：中國與東盟各國地緣相鄰,有著傳統(tǒng)的友好往來。當今,在面對世界經濟全球化、區(qū)域經濟合作不斷加強和科學技術不斷進步的形勢下,中國與東盟在交通運輸服務貿易方面應積極抓住機遇,全力應對挑戰(zhàn)。這就需要中國與東盟各國加強交通運輸合作,加快交通基礎設施建設,以促進中國-東盟各國經濟持續(xù)發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高。中國與東盟在運輸服務貿易方面進行合作,可以充分發(fā)揮中國、東盟各國在運輸服務方面的比較優(yōu)勢,實現(xiàn)優(yōu)勢互補,擴大運輸服務貿易出口,帶動自貿區(qū)國際貿易和旅游業(yè)的巨大發(fā)展,使自貿區(qū)交通運輸服務的競爭力在國際市場上得以不斷提升。同時交通運輸業(yè)作為基礎性服務業(yè),它的發(fā)展還將對其他服務的發(fā)展起到帶動示范效應,如旅游及相關服務、建筑服務、教育服務等等,從而可以使中國-東盟各國服務部門的競爭力得以全面提升。 本文通過分析中國-東盟運輸服務貿易合作的理論效應,中國-東盟進行運輸服務貿易合作的基礎,中國-東盟運輸服務貿易合作的現(xiàn)狀及制約因素,試圖探討出中國-東盟運輸服務貿易先進、高效合作的模式,并對促進中國-東盟運輸服務貿易合作提出了一些切實可行的政策建議。
[Abstract]:China and ASEAN countries are geographically adjacent, with traditional friendly exchanges. Nowadays, in the face of the globalization of the world economy, the continuous strengthening of regional economic cooperation and the continuous progress of science and technology, China and ASEAN should actively seize the opportunity and fully meet the challenges in terms of trade in transport services. Therefore, it is necessary for China and ASEAN countries to strengthen transport cooperation and accelerate the construction of transport infrastructure, so as to promote the sustained economic development of China-ASEAN countries and the continuous improvement of people's living standards. If China and ASEAN cooperate in trade in transport services, they can give full play to the comparative advantages of China and ASEAN countries in the field of transport services, realize complementary advantages, and expand the export of trade in transport services. With the great development of international trade and tourism, the competitiveness of FTAs transportation services has been continuously improved in the international market. At the same time, as a basic service industry, the development of transportation industry will also lead to demonstration effects on the development of other services, such as tourism and related services, construction services, educational services, and so on. So that China-ASEAN countries can fully enhance the competitiveness of the service sector. This paper analyzes the theoretical effects of China-ASEAN transport service trade cooperation, the basis of China-ASEAN transport service trade cooperation, the current situation and restrictive factors of China-ASEAN transport service trade cooperation. This paper attempts to explore the advanced and efficient cooperation mode of China-ASEAN transport service trade, and puts forward some practical policy suggestions for promoting China-ASEAN transport service trade cooperation.
