面向港口物流的集裝箱作業(yè)報警模型與算法

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,集裝箱運輸作為國際多式聯(lián)運的主要形式,對其現(xiàn)代化、智能化以及安全作業(yè)的要求也越來越高,F(xiàn)代集裝箱港口要求對港內(nèi)機械以及集裝箱操作運輸進行實時的監(jiān)測,確保貨物的安全性以及港內(nèi)作業(yè)的正確性。考慮集裝箱自身的密封性、信息來源的多樣性以及港內(nèi)作業(yè)的復(fù)雜性等,研究利用先進的監(jiān)測手段和數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,實現(xiàn)對集裝箱作業(yè)的實時報警越來越重要。本文將從以下三個方面展開研究: 面向港口集裝箱物流的數(shù)據(jù)處理與異常報警。針對RFID無線射頻技術(shù)和傳感器技術(shù)等的港內(nèi)集裝箱作業(yè)實時信息源,設(shè)計中間件系統(tǒng)模型對RFID收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行預(yù)處理、集成,并設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)過濾算法實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的時間和空間的平滑過濾以及目標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)過濾等功能。分析港口集裝箱物流信息安全需求,建立面向集裝箱物流的數(shù)據(jù)異常報警處理系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)異常數(shù)據(jù)的報警與處理。 集裝箱開箱報警與信息融合決策算法。在對集裝箱非法開箱報警機制分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立基于箱門傳感器、箱內(nèi)傳感器等多源信息的非法開箱報警決策模型,提出基于證據(jù)模糊相似度和證據(jù)源先驗可靠度修正證據(jù)權(quán)的改進D-S證據(jù)融合算法,形成集裝箱非法開箱多源信息融合報警系統(tǒng)。算例仿真模擬表明,提出的證據(jù)融合算法能夠有效降低證據(jù)沖突系數(shù)和合成悖論次數(shù),報警模型具有較好的容錯性和適應(yīng)性。 集裝箱港口作業(yè)報警模型與算法。分別針對進/出閘口、集裝箱堆場、裝卸岸橋、道路等四個作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié),設(shè)計RFID信息采集設(shè)備的選擇與布設(shè)方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對各環(huán)節(jié)作業(yè)特點,建立各環(huán)節(jié)的作業(yè)報警模型,并設(shè)計實時作業(yè)報警算法,實現(xiàn)各作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)實時的作業(yè)類型識別、干擾過濾、過程監(jiān)控和安全報警等功能。 最后,利用C++模擬中間件數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、港內(nèi)作業(yè)報警模型,運行結(jié)果分析表明了集裝箱作業(yè)報警模型與算法的可行性,并能滿足實時報警的要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and information technology, container transportation, as the main form of international multimodal transport, requires more and more modern, intelligent and safe operation. Modern container ports require real-time monitoring of machinery and container operations in ports to ensure the safety of cargo and the correctness of operations in ports. Considering the sealing of container itself, the diversity of information sources and the complexity of operation in port, it is more and more important to study and utilize advanced monitoring methods and data processing methods to realize the real-time alarm of container operation. In this paper, the following three aspects will be studied: data processing and abnormal alarm for port container logistics. Aiming at the real-time information source of RFID wireless radio frequency technology and sensor technology, the middleware system model is designed to preprocess and integrate the data collected by RFID. The data filtering algorithm is designed to realize the functions of time and space smoothing filtering and target data filtering. This paper analyzes the security requirements of port container logistics information, establishes a data alarm processing system for container logistics, and realizes the alarm and processing of abnormal data. Decision-making algorithm of open-box alarm and information fusion for container. Based on the analysis of the warning mechanism of illegal container unpacking, a decision model of illegal out-of-box alarm based on multi-source information, such as box door sensor, box sensor and so on, is established. An improved D-S evidence fusion algorithm based on fuzzy similarity of evidence and priori reliability of evidence source is proposed to form a multi-source information fusion alarm system for illegal container opening. The simulation results show that the proposed evidence fusion algorithm can effectively reduce the evidence conflict coefficient and the number of synthetic paradoxes, and the alarm model has better fault tolerance and adaptability. The selection and layout scheme of RFID information acquisition equipment is designed for the four operation links of gate, container yard, loading and unloading shore bridge and road respectively. On this basis, according to the characteristics of each link, the alarm model of each link is established, and the real-time alarm algorithm is designed to realize the functions of real-time job type identification, interference filtering, process monitoring and security alarm. Finally, by using C simulation middleware data preprocessing and port operation alarm model, the operation results show that the container operation alarm model and algorithm are feasible, and can meet the requirements of real-time alarm.
