【摘要】:全球化經(jīng)濟時代,企業(yè)生存環(huán)境復雜,面臨的市場環(huán)境也瞬息萬變。企業(yè)將要面臨著激烈的市場競爭的大環(huán)境,人的潛力的發(fā)揮起著關鍵的作用。企業(yè)最大的成本就是未經(jīng)培訓的員工。培訓可以給企業(yè)帶來持續(xù)競爭的優(yōu)勢,一方面,能夠不斷地提升員工的知識和技能的水平,另一方面,也能夠使的企業(yè)的員工切身感受到企業(yè)文化和價值觀,企業(yè)開展各種培訓活動不但可以樹立員工的責任心,還可以提高員工的技能和素質(zhì),并且將優(yōu)秀員工留在企業(yè)發(fā)揮其潛能。天津港二公司是一個具有世界領先裝卸作業(yè)水平的散雜貨作業(yè)碼頭,擁有員工3000多人。根據(jù)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的需要,在企業(yè)的日常管理中要最大程度的發(fā)揮培訓的作用,發(fā)揮員工的最大潛能,使得企業(yè)的員工培訓工作適應時代的發(fā)展。本文首先介紹國內(nèi)外企業(yè)培訓的現(xiàn)狀,分析國外企業(yè)優(yōu)秀的員工培訓案例,借鑒其先進之處,通過對國內(nèi)企業(yè)員工培訓的發(fā)展過程和案例的分析,得出我國企業(yè)員工培訓和國外發(fā)達國家還有一定的差距;其次,根據(jù)二公司員工培訓現(xiàn)狀,采用系統(tǒng)研究法、文獻研究法、工作分析法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法等方法,進行考察,分析總結(jié)了二公司的人才培養(yǎng)工作存在的問題;最后,結(jié)合員工培訓天津港二公司的實際情況,對企業(yè)員工培訓系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)設計,促進天津港二公司員工培訓的發(fā)展,提高人事管理水平,促進企業(yè)的快速持續(xù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the era of global economy, the living environment of enterprises is complex and the market environment is changing rapidly. Enterprises will be faced with fierce market competition environment, the human potential plays a key role. The biggest cost of an enterprise is its untrained staff. Training can bring continuous competitive advantages to the enterprise. On the one hand, it can continuously improve the level of knowledge and skills of employees, on the other hand, it can also enable the employees of the enterprise to feel the corporate culture and values directly. All kinds of training activities can not only establish the sense of responsibility of the employees, but also improve the skills and quality of the employees, and keep the outstanding staff in the enterprise to play its potential. Tianjin Port No. 2 is a world-leading cargo handling terminal with more than 3000 employees. According to the need of the development of the enterprise strategy, we should give full play to the role of training and the maximum potential of the staff in the daily management of the enterprise, so as to make the staff training work of the enterprise adapt to the development of the times. This paper first introduces the current situation of domestic and foreign enterprises' training, analyzes the excellent training cases of foreign enterprises, draws lessons from its advanced points, and analyzes the development process and cases of staff training in domestic enterprises. It is concluded that there is still a certain gap between the training of employees in our country and developed countries abroad. Secondly, according to the current situation of employee training in two companies, the methods of systematic research, literature research, work analysis, interview, questionnaire survey and so on are adopted. Finally, combining with the actual situation of Tianjin Port second Company, the development and design of the employee training system of the enterprise are analyzed and summarized. Promote the development of staff training, personnel management, and promote the rapid and sustainable development of Tianjin Port Company.
