【摘要】：投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)作為施工企業(yè)競(jìng)標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵因素,對(duì)于中標(biāo)結(jié)果起著重要的作用,而且還關(guān)系到企業(yè)中標(biāo)后的利潤。從投標(biāo)人的角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用SWOT-CLPV分析法對(duì)投標(biāo)前施工企業(yè)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手進(jìn)行定性分析,根據(jù)企業(yè)投標(biāo)態(tài)勢(shì)采取相應(yīng)策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)當(dāng)前鐵路工程評(píng)標(biāo)時(shí)采用的綜合評(píng)估法,利用博弈論建立投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)博弈模型,經(jīng)過推導(dǎo)得出施工企業(yè)的最優(yōu)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)區(qū)間,并通過實(shí)例驗(yàn)證模型的適用性及科學(xué)性,為施工企業(yè)投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:As the key factor of the construction enterprise bidding, the bidding price plays an important role in the winning result, and it also relates to the profit after winning the bid. From the point of view of bidders, SWOT-CLPV analysis method is used to qualitatively analyze the construction enterprises and their competitors before bidding, and the corresponding strategies are adopted according to the bidding situation of the enterprises. On this basis, according to the comprehensive evaluation method used in the current railway project evaluation, the game model of bidding quotation is established by using game theory, and the optimal bidding price interval of construction enterprise is derived. The applicability and scientificalness of the model are verified by an example, which provides the basis for the bidding quotation of construction enterprises.
