【摘要】：長三角地區(qū)水網(wǎng)密布,河道縱橫,內(nèi)河航運(yùn)于本區(qū)交通運(yùn)輸而言向來具有舉足輕重的地位。1950年至1965年,本區(qū)內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的發(fā)展水平經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)先快速上揚(yáng),再增速放緩,再爬至頂峰,又迅速滑落,再緩慢回升的過程,其與區(qū)域社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有深刻的互動(dòng)作用,但以直至1980年的30年標(biāo)尺而言,整體呈上升態(tài)勢。而內(nèi)河貨運(yùn)在區(qū)域交通運(yùn)輸體系中的重要性則雖不斷受到自身瓶頸及公路、鐵路等運(yùn)輸方式的沖擊,但始終沒有大的變化。 本文主要依據(jù)本區(qū)交通運(yùn)輸部門檔案,輔以其他統(tǒng)計(jì)資料,對1950-1980年間的長三角地區(qū)內(nèi)河航運(yùn)狀況及其興衰過程進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,并建立1950-1965本區(qū)內(nèi)河航運(yùn)數(shù)據(jù)庫；從而大致復(fù)原了這一時(shí)段內(nèi)本區(qū)內(nèi)河航運(yùn)的發(fā)展路徑,并通過分析其重要性在區(qū)域交通運(yùn)輸體系中的變遷,對這一過程和路徑的變化規(guī)律給予了解釋。
[Abstract]:The Yangtze River Delta region is full of water networks, river channels are vertical and horizontal, and inland river shipping has always played an important role in this area's transportation. From 1950 to 1965, the development level of inland river shipping in this area experienced a rapid rise first, then a slow growth rate. The process of climbing to the top, falling down quickly and rising again slowly has a profound interaction with the development of regional social economy, but the overall trend of the 30 years scale up to 1980 is on the rise. However, the importance of inland river freight in the regional transportation system is constantly affected by its own bottlenecks and transportation modes such as roads and railways, but it has not changed greatly. Based on the records of the traffic and transportation departments in this area and other statistical data, this paper makes an empirical study on the inland river shipping status and its rise and fall process in the Yangtze River Delta region from 1950 to 1980, and establishes the inland river shipping database in the region from 1950 to 1965. Thus, the development path of inland river shipping in this area is roughly restored in this period, and the change of its importance in the regional transportation system is analyzed, and the change law of this process and path is explained.
